It is always amazing to hear from guests who have traveled the world that 30A is one of their favorite vacation destinations on the planet. TripAdvisor travelers agree, naming two local beaches to their list of Top U.S. Beach Destinations in 2016. Tucked between them, like a hidden treasure, is the 28.5 mile corridor called 30A.
By far, the reason we hear most often as to why 30A tops our guests’ lists is that our beaches are pristine, peaceful, and relaxing. Given the beautiful stretches of white sand and emerald green waters, that’s no surprise to us!
The second most common thing that we hear which draws our guests to 30A is that it’s family friendly. There are plenty of activities for kids of all ages during the day and a vibrant beachside nightlife for the adults. All summer long, we have live music venues, outdoor movie screenings, and some of the grandest holiday celebrations you’ve ever seen.
Finally, the third reason most often reason given for why our guests choose 30A over all the other places you could spend your vacation, are the beautiful homes for rent. Everyone knows that staying in a vacation rental is way better than a hotel. Not only do you have all the comforts of home, it’s private and affordable, especially with a crowd.
While the reasons for choosing 30A may differ, one thing our guests agree upon is that a 30A vacation is so special that they want to relive it again and again. A large percentage of our guests are repeat visitors. Some book the same property every year while others stay in different homes each time they come.
