We took our whole family and loved it. Location was amazing. So close to pool and beach! House was amazing. The only inconvenience was they only have one regular size refrigerator in entire house. We had 14 people in the house, it created an issue with space in frig. But we brought a huge Yeti cooler and kept extra ice in it, and it worked. We will definitely go back. Exclusive 30a was wonderful to work with!!
We've stayed on 30A many times but had never used Exclusive 30A for our rental. Our expectations were exceeded. It was the cleanest and best-kept home we've probably stayed in. There was more than enough space for our family of 8, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and a great quiet location. The tiny pool was an excellent way to cool off after the beach and before cleaning up for dinner. I really liked the app and text communication from Exclusive 30A. They made it all very easy and seamless. I would absolutely rent from them again. We did miss having a golf cart with this house but it wasn't a deal breaker. The pool and beach are just a 2-minute bike ride, or a slightly longer walk, from the home.
Mermaid's manor, 81 Watercolor Blvd. W., was a TOTALLY awesome home. A 2-3 minute walk to the Beach Club, with the park across the street, beautiful front porches on two levels that extended your living space, a HUGE kitchen with top notch appliances (including an ice machine), and so much Le Creuset cookware that you could spend the day baking and roasting. Everything was top notch. Everything was in good repair. Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children ages 5 and under) stayed in the main house and no one needed the carriage house. There were three twin beds empty in the main house. We didn't need an electric golf cart. We easily walked to the beach club and beach, rode bikes and pushed strollers to Camp Watercolor, and walked to Seaside. This is our 2nd vacation to Watercolor, and we would love to stay in this home next year. 30A was a pleasure to work with and we will DEFINITELY use 30A next year regardless of where we stay.
Our family of five loved the condo. Excellent outside seating and views of the ocean. Beach was not packed and the chair service company (right outside the condo) were great to work with. Walk from condo to beach or pool was less than a minute or two (right out your door). More than enough space for our family. Appreciate the ability to walk to Alys (~1 mile) and Rosemary (~2 miles) every morning. Close to The Big Chill / The Hub (we loved Duos restaurant) and other areas of 30A. Rental company was also great to work - sent us many ideas for what to do in the area and were always quick to respond.
We had an outstanding rental experience with Exclusive 30A on our recent trip to Rosemary Beach. This value we received from our rental was well worth the cost. The property's location, layout, cleanliness, amenities, and all-around feel exceeded our expectations. We are already planning our return trip to the same property using the same management company.
We loved this house! Beautifully decorated. Room for everyone. The owners have thought of everything. Lots of storage room for clothes and suitcases. Front porch is great for relaxing or morning/evening reading and conversation. The cleaning crew does a FANTASTIC job. It was spotless. Rental management company has excellent communication and response time—best we’ve ever dealt with. The upstairs can get a bit warm so be sure to use the ceiling fan and any other fans. Would definitely book again.
This rental is awesome. It's located in a cute neighborhood, close to the beach. It has a cozy, comfortable feel as soon as you walk in the door. Lots of spaces indoors to hang out and relax, and outside there is a sundeck and a balcony. It's pet friendly so our pup got to enjoy this getaway with us! The house is clean and seemed well maintained. Great communication from the rental company. Definitely recommend this rental.
We had a great time in this condo and it was perfect for everything we needed. The location, communication, like new amenities, provided bikes, and app used by the rental company were great. It was a very short walk to the beach too. My teens also give it a thumbs up!
We had the most wonderful time in Watercolor! It all started with this fantastic house!! Loved everything about it! The decor provided a relaxing atmosphere and there was plenty of space for our party of 8. The home was clean and the kitchen well-stocked with cookware and dishes (salt & pepper and additional trashbags, papertowels, and TP would be nice). The location was great too - a golf cart ride to Publix and Camp Watercolor. And the 395 beach access right down the road was easy too. Upon our arrival, we noticed the bikes that came with the rental were fairly dilapidated but Concierge Services got them swapped out within a few hours and we were good to go. I highly recommend this home as the neighborhood is quaint, quiet, and offers easy access to all the 30A happenings. We will definitely stay here in the future.
One of the best vacation homes we have rented on the gulf coast. The place was spacious, clean, comfortable and luxurious. Plenty of room and perfect for our group. The management company was excellent and very responsive. The beach was right across the street which made it super convenient. The views are unparalleled. The house has a pool in the back which is smaller than the pictures but big enough for a vacation splash. The kids enjoyed it. We did have some issues with the pool heater but the management company promptly took care of it for us. Kudos. Will definitely visit again and look to book this place if available. One of the best vacations we have had on the gulf coast. Highly recommend! A+++
Great property! The house is spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal with a great view of the beach from both floors and pool deck. Your only half a mile down from Seaside and 6 bikes were available to cruise the bike path. All furnishings were first class and Exclusive 30A Rentals was very responsive. We will return again!
Our family had a wonderful time staying in this property for a week. The location was perfect for our family with children as it was on a quiet street and beautiful view looking back towards the pond. Loved the deck and all the seating spaces and utilized the bikes and golf carts quite a bit. We would love to go back again sometime. In addition exclusive 30a was great to deal With and very timely with a few questions I had and provided all the information we would need together for us.

We stayed in The Gold Standard with a large group of 5 families including 4 small children and the house was spacious enough we could spread out, but has plenty of large gathering spaces as well. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and close proximity to the pedestrian bridge made easy access to the beach/Beach Club with a quick 1/2 mile walk. We would stay here again and again! It was well maintained and any issues were promptly tended to by the staff of Exclusive 30A. A truly amazing property.
I decided to treat myself to a month at the beach upon my retirement after teaching for 38 years. This cute cottage did not disappoint. I was close to the beach and Seaside Village. Bikes were provided and the town and surrounding beaches were easy to navigate. Upon arrival I had issues with the keypad but a technician was sent out to change the battery and it worked perfectly for the remainder of my stay. The porch was a perfect spot for morning lattes and evening meals. During Helene the property management kept me well apprised of what actions of any needed to be taken. It was a fabulous stay and a wonderful way to celebrate this milestone.
Ursa Major and Minor was a wonderful place to stay, enjoy great friends, and have the beautiful beach, pools, food, and shopping just quick walks away. The house was really convenient with a Minor being a great place to gather without waking up those sleeping in upstairs. Parking was great. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Three full baths were convenient. Watercolor is so beautiful it is hard to believe you are seeing it with your own eyes. Exclusive 30A was great to work with as well! We had a battery dying in one of the fire alarms and they had someone on the property to fix it in minutes. The whole week was wonderful. We will be back!!

There is not a better place to stay! The home is quintessential Grayton Beach…charming, spacious and so clean. We had the most amazing time in this home. Especially loved the outdoor spaces and pool. Super quick walk to the gorgeous and quiet beach. The home had a wagon and chairs which made it really easy. The communication and service from Exclusive 30A was top notch! Didn’t want to go home and will be back!!!
Beautiful home just steps from the beach. We especially enjoyed the main floor lay out ( large kitchen, dining area and living room) We could all be together and not be on top of each other! The windows and views were fabulous. The team from 30A was very responsive at all hours. The only negative is that the elevator was temperamental and my 83 year old mom had to climb the stairs at times! There are a lot of steps in the house if you have anyone with mobility issues! We would definitely stay again….
Our family enjoyed time in Out Of the Blue, during this blissful seasonal with exceptional weather and fun to be had around Seaside, there could have been no better place to stay than the idyllic Out of The Blue. perfect location, serene interiors and flow, and the view from the top tower is spectacular ! In addition to that, the service offered by the team at Exclusive 30a from booking, to guest relations, maintenance and housekeeping was impeccable, warm, and prompt. We will be back as soon as we can!
