These include a fitness center, two community pools, (the north side 30A pool is heated during cooler months), free shuttle service to the Santa Clara beach access (during summer season), and next to tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).

This spacious and beautiful home features a king suite on the 1st floor plus an additional king suite on the top floor - a perfect setup if vacationing with the grandparents. A king guest room and bunk room with sleeping for 4 in extra long twin bunks round out the sleeping arrangements.

Enjoy how convenient it is to get to the beach at Deer Lake State Park, thanks to the complimentary use of 4 Taxi bikes. Deer Lake was recently renovated to include lots of parking plus updated restrooms. Bike or drive to the beach access in under 5 minutes. (nominal daily entrance fees for the park do apply and are subject to change). An additional beach access is available to the East of the home at the Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access - only 5 min drive or bike ride from the home.
