Family vacation

Nice rental for family of four - 1 king and 2 regular twin beds so best for small children. Very convenient to beach and pool. Everything is very nice and comfortable. No clutter just perfect. I loved there weren3 full bathrooms. Definite plus when getting ready.

Serene Beach Music #21

Beautiful and relaxing accommodations. The balcony was perfect for coffee and reading during the light summer showers. Bedroom linens were crisp and luxurious. The bikes were awesome and the walk to the beach was the perfect distance. All instructions were super clear. Wrist bands, pool key fob, gate key were ready upon arrival. Rented chairs/umbrellas from Seas the Day! Great beach location for photos! Walking distance to dinner! Don’t forget to find the hidden beach bar while there!

Great location

Location, management responsiveness, cleanliness, etc. all receive high marks. However, there really should be more starter supplies when staying for a week. And to not have any beach towels when you are 200 feet from the beach doesn't make sense. Who wants to travel taking beach towels with them!

I apologize this came as a surprise, our starter packs are just an initial amount of disposables to get you started your first day or so before ordering/buying more for the rest of your trip. We provide bath towels but recommend bringing your beach towels with you. This info is available in several emails as well as the rental contract. Other than these inconveniences, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed everything else about the home. We would love to have you stay again ??

We love Beach Music

This is our second stay at Beach Music, Sunset Beach and loved it as much the 1st time as the 1st. So convenient to the beach, a short walk, no need for a bike and close to Rosemary, Seacrest, Alys. We had one issue with the hot water getting cold quicky and it was repaired, conveniently, within 2 hrs. Use the Maintenace #/text, super responsive.

Family of four long weekend

My wife and I and our two young children (2 years and 2 months) stayed here for a long weekend. Overall our stay was great. The location is perfect - walkable to the main Rosemary beach and Alys beach town centres. Also just a 60 second walk to the beach and pool. The house was nice although tight as only 2 bedrooms. The only complaint would be that the house could use a few minor aesthetic updates. The main entry rug was pretty worn and tired/stained. The master bedroom was also extremely tight. The king bed and two side tables barely fit. The shower upstairs also had some stains on the ceiling that were concerning (potentially mold/mildew), and the drain did not work well , leaving a puddle while you showered. Overall enjoyed it - the front yard area and porch were great for our kiddos and to have a drink/grill out!

Hi Andrew, thanks for the feedback! I am currently creating a report so that on the next inspection we can have the shower addressed, both the ceiling and the drain. Great Location!

What a great location! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach! The bikes were a wonderful bonus! The unit was clean and had everything we needed!
I would say that the bedrooms are small and there is a continuous hum that may be the water pump or the air compressor. Also, we visited in October and the mosquitos were everywhere, so the outdoor space was not enjoyable.

Nice location and well maintained

Excellent location in Seacrest beach. Very close to pool and beach. As described beach was crazy busy and 5 rows deep. We rented chairs and I was glad we did. We had a first row seat. The back is hot and people without chairs just lay down wherever. WE HAD SOMEONE LIE DOWN UNDER OUR UMBRELLA WITH ALL THEIR STUFF! House was well-maintained, clean and surprisingly had everything in such a small space. Company updated us when it was done being cleaned and was responsive when we had a maintenance issue. Overall I would highly recommend Exclusive 30A!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our visit. The air conditioning doesn’t cool house as it should. Would only get as low as 72-73, so I spent a lot of time patrolling how quickly the door was opened and closed. I sent a note to property mgmt but it went unanswered. I could have followed up but it was toward the end of our stay and thought we would just endure. I did finally speak to the management company as we were leaving and they said sorry and they will look into why my initial inquiry went unanswered.

Such a wonderful getaway!

This was the perfect spot for husband and I, but would be great for a small family or a few couples. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. The house is so close to the beach - just a minute’s walk! We loved the outdoor space on the lower and upper levels. It’s in walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. We loved the complimentary bikes. We can’t wait to come back and highly suggest you check it out!!

Beach Music

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Beach Music property. Just a few negatives.....the lock box was a bit hard to use to get into the property. One of the bikes had a seat that needs attention as it kept sinking even after adjusting. The king bed room was very tight for space.

Otherwise great location to the beach and pool. Appreciated the two beach bikes on the property, extra bathroom towels, dish soaps and trash bags. Publix was only about 3 miles away and there is also a CVS nearby.

Rosemary Beach Stay

This is the first time we were in Rosemary Beach. The house was lovely and clean and very close to the pool as well as the beach. The pool was not heated and extremely cold so my kids did not use it at all. The beach was so crowded as the majority of the beach to the West was private and you were not allowed to set your towels down. The beach to the East was all taken up by chair and umbrella rentals. The only other issue was the fact that people from the Seacrest Resort across 30A came right through our development day and night which was rather disturbing.

I'm sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expecations! I'm not sure what you mean about people going through your development as it is a gated community.

Perfect Location + Getaway

Pros: Perfect location, convenient to walk to Rosemary, Seacrest, and/or Alys Beach shopping/dining locations. Takes five minutes or less to walk to the pool or beach. Perfect for up to 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. Comfortable Master bedroom and bath. Full bath downstairs as well. We did not use pull-out bed within couch. Extra sheets and pillows were provided. Kitchen and baths fully stocked. Iron, ironing board, hair dryers included. Small yard + seating area is very cute and flowers are pretty! Drive holds two vehicles back to back. Modern furnishings. We would love to come back!

Cons: Although everything was clean and tidy, I think it could have probably been cleaner during COVID-19. Curtains probably need to be washed since they are floor length and bathroom floors could cleaned more thoroughly. Doors and windows need a good cleaning. However furniture, bedding was clean and comfortable. Couch covers were used but there were no throw pillows in living room. Rental could use a full-length mirror since all mirrors cut off mid-chest. Pros definitely out-weigh any minor cons. No real complaints.

Perfect Getaway

We needed a little get away with our new family of four, but with a two month old- we knew we needed to be close to the beach and pool. This cozy home was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach within minutes. The home itself was perfect for our 3 year old to have her own room/space and for the babe to be in the other room with us! Loved our stay!

Relaxing beach house

We enjoyed the beach house. It was very updated and super clean. Very impressed. We were just sad we couldn’t use the pool as it was closed due to the Coronavirus. We only got to go on beach one day. We ended up leaving a day early.

One of Our Best Holidays: Beach Music

My husband and I spent two glorious weeks at this little gem of a beach cottage. Everything about it was delightful: the decor from choice of light fixtures, art work and furniture to bedding, draperies, thick soft towels and lovely kitchen dishes.

Every morning we walked down to the beach which is minutes away. On the way back from our walks we would wander into Rosemary or Alys and find a spot for morning coffee.

In the afternoons, I often used the outdoor draped bed as my favourite reading spot; my husband enjoyed the little yard outside our door.

The two weeks passed by too quickly. There were so many things to do in the area and so many restaurants to try.

Now in our sixties, my husband and I have a lot to compare to, having travelled all over the world from China to South America, the baltic to the Mediterranean. The beaches at Rosemary and the ambiance at Beach Music is now one of my favourite places.

There are two reasons we may not return to Beach Music. It was perfect for the two of us but I would find it unsuitable for more than one adult couple.

The upstairs is very small but, again, perfect for two. We used the second bedroom as a dressing area, leaving our clothing in that room, we each chose one of the two upstairs bathrooms as our own.

One evening we invited four family members who were staying in Seaside for a short visit and found the space very crowded for the six of us to sit and talk.

The other reason we may not return is that being so close to the beautiful beach without being able to see it or hear it or watch the sunsets from the balcony made us want to find a place for another holiday that is on the beach. The rental fee at Beach Music compares with some places we have now discovered that are in the beach itself.

But I will end by saying that we will not find a spot that matches the exquisitely beautiful details of Beach Music and we will remember th

Relaxing Weekend

The condo was comfortable and in a good location (just steps) to the beach and pool. The furnishings were good quality. Lots of drawer space and nice bathrooms (3). My friends said the twin beds were a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen was equipped with cute dishes but anyone doing tons of cooking might find it limited. Overall a very nice relaxing stay with great porches. The rental agency was easy to deal with and flexible.

We have stayed in the complex before and been happy with the location. This unit is decorated very nicely and close to the pool and beach. Just beware, they are now allowing trams full of people from across the road to unload on property to use the beach. Makes things very crowded.

Great Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Music #5. We found the unit to be as advertised and well equipped. The location was better than expected honestly, with the beach and pool both being a very short walk from the unit. The proximity to Peddler's Park, Rosemary, and Alys was also better than expected. Everything was an easy walk or bike ride, and having a Destin Ice and Publix a short drive down Hwy 98 was an added bonus. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beach Music #5 to friends and plan to return ourselves.

Very close to the beach!

We really enjoyed the close location to the beach. Due to the amount of other Seacrest guests accessing the beach in the same location, the beach was very crowded in the Sunset Community area. A coded keypad for the door would be more convenient than locating and storing a key in the provided locked box. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at Beach Music and would consider this home again in the future!

Lovely Beach Home

We had a wonderful time at Beach Music. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. We have stayed in other homes in this location and think it is a great place to be on 30-A...close to Rosemary and Alys! The only suggestion I could give would be to replace the AC filter (not cooling as well as it should have and looked like it was time to replace). And providing bikes for renters would be an extra treat! But we loved the home and we will be back!

Beach Music

Very nice home. We had an issue when we got there after hours and the guard house has a box where you enter a code to get the key. The box had a padlock on it and appeared to not have a place to enter a code (we thought you had to have a key to unlock the padlock). We learned the next day that you enter the code on the bottom of the padlock. Very confusing. Also, their app had a section to order beach chairs and I went through the entire process to do that (had to set up an account and then enter in tons of information). Later found out that company doesn't service that neighborhood. So I had to figure out who did. Their app needs updating.

Perfect home for small family

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this adorable home. The decor was beautiful and created the perfect beach environment. The was just steps away from the beach making it easy to come back to the house for lunch or run back up for if you needed to grab something or put a kid down for a nap. The home is located between Rosemary and Alys beach making it a very easy walk between the two. There is also a grocery store near by and most everything you need in the home if you prefer to stay in for meals. We would definitely rent this home again!

Nice House, needs filters changed

We enjoyed our stay however, there are a few things I'd like to address: 1. When we checked in there was no ice, nor was the ice maker making any ice. We had to call maintenance and they had to come out and turn the icemaker on, someone had turned it off. 2). the black makeup washcloths smelled horribly or cigarette smoke, the other towels did not, we had to rewash them in order to use them. 3). the biggest disappointment was Saturday night when we returned home around 9:30 pm the AC was off, it got up to 90 degrees in the house that night. We called maintenance and they had someone come to the house at 2:00 am, we had to leave at 6:00 for a 13 hour drive. He replaced the thermostat but it didn't fix it, he wanted to go into the attic, but we had to get some sleep, so we told him he'd have to come back later for that. He did say the filters were horribly dirty and looked as if they had not been changed in a very long time. I have pictures if you'd like to see them. I sent pictures to maintenance, but did not hear back. The house was very well decorated. It was a little on the small size. I'd probably rent another house next time.

Pleasant overall

Our family of 4 enjoyed a very pleasant week overall in this unit. Before relaxing and having fun, I have to have clean and this condo was in great shape! Thank you for that! Location, location, location! That's what you're paying for. You can walk to the beach with all the gear in very few steps. No tram needed! And, of course, the convenience and proximity to Alys and Rosemary are nice amenities in and of themselves. My one piece of critical feedback is that the master bedroom would function better with a queen bed as you cannot access the drawers and closet easily with the current furniture arrangement. Other than that it's really great! Thanks for sharing with us.

Fun at Beach Music #5

The location of this home is great. Just a few steps for the beach. The complex has a great pool for reading and swimming or just relaxing listening to the ocean. Beaches are very clean and have trash receptacles. You can walk or bike to restaurants and a coffee shop. We did use the concierge service for the bike rentals. It was great. The company delivered and pickup the bikes on schedule. Staff was friendly and checked the condition and size of the bike.
