Area Construction - Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water, and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc. and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

Amazing Stay

Experienced a hiccup after-hours when the AC went out. These things happen. Guest Services' was extremely quick to respond and fix the issue, even with it being after hours. A++ service. Oh, and the property was perfect for our vacation. Clean, perfect layout and set up for our kids, close to the Beach and Beach Club. Highly recommend and eager to book again.

Beautiful home

The condo was spotless and beautiful. The location couldn’t be better. Even though you are on a busy corner the bedrooms are quiet. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy check in and out. Staff was kind and flexible. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed this nicely appointed condo in Watercolor. We loved the porch and comfy beds. The condo was clean and in great condition. The photos and description did not disappoint. If you are looking for a small cozy condo, centrally located within the Watercolor or Seaside areas this is a perfect spot to stay. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. This condo is directly on the 30A so the traffic may be loud for some.

Great location, but noisy

Great condo with large master bedroom and closet. Nice location, close to Watercolor pool and beach access. Condo is located on 3rd floor. On 2nd floor, directly underneath condo is a real estate company that is being totally remodeled. They begin working at 8am. The construction is VERY loud and goes all day long. Not sure how much longer this project will last. It would’ve been nice to have been notified about this as we had 2 teenagers with us that wanted to sleep in and rest but couldn’t b/c of the construction. Very clean and nice other than noises.

Great First Time 30A Experience

Great location/spit spot unit

great place to unwind with a bit of a view of the water. clean place. would only say, please change out the twin mattresses. they are SUPER squeaky even if you just move the slightest bit.

A week in Watercolor

Excellent location. Beautiful condo. Very comfortable for our family of four. A few things I would have liked are more garbage bags (they provide two) and more soap for the dishwasher (again, they provide two pods for the whole week) or at least a drying rack to do dishes by hand. But they do disclose that in the rental agreement and it is pretty minor. Otherwise, loved it.

Great condo and great location

The condo is very well appointed and in close proximity to the Watercolor beach, beach club and shops. Everything is great with the condo. The only negative we experienced were some noises throughout the night related to the AC unit turning on and off but I am confident the management company can get this sorted out.

Perfect location

Great other than the door to the bottom of building slammed in husbands ear every night. It’s needs to be serviced or out a hydrolic hindge on it. Key cards didn’t work when checked in and bed was listed as a twin and got there and was made as a king. Once those things were adjusted it was great

1st time in Watercolor - not the 1st 30a experience

Have stayed on 30A before and Watercolor is now our favorite. Great location, loved having all of the amenities of the Inn, Beach Club & Camp Watercolor but in our own place; next to Seaside - but not in Seaside.

The condo was wonderful. Never can go wrong with Restoration Hardware through out. The oversized cantilevered balcony on the 3rd floor and one off the master was great to start / end the day. We will be back - if we are staying on our own - but would definitely rent one of the homes with friends.

Clean, spacious, good location

We enjoyed our time at beachy bunglaow. The place was very clean, modern and spacious. We enjoyed eating most of the meals out on the deck. It was a great spot for walking to Seaside in the evenings, walking to the beach, the pool, and the shops. In the evenings the street noise could be loud, but thankfully the bedrooms are opposite the street.

Lovely long weekend at the beach!!

The condo is very spacious, clean and cozy. I am a very picky renter and I was very pleased with our accommodations. The walk to the beach is very short and there are lots of places that are a short walk from the unit. The building is quiet with convenient parking right outside. This unit was great for an adult get away but would work for a small family as well.

Beautiful condo close to the beach

My family of 4 (2 toddlers) loved our stay in this condo and we would certainly stay here again. It was large, extremely clean and an easy walk to the beach. It’s right on 30a but we didn’t hear any road noise inside.

Excellent property! Pros: great location - steps to the beach club, clean, updated furnishings, amazing master shower and bedding, and perfect outdoor space for watching car and foot traffic go by. BONUS: you can see a peak of the ocean from the kitchen and outdoor space and hear it at night! Cons: One small drawback, which didn't really bother us or our toddler son, was the road was pretty loud on Friday/Saturday night, but nothing that disrupted sleeping etc. The washer, dryer, and AC were also pretty loud. We can't wait to visit Watercolor again soon and book beach bungalow #2!

Beautiful Condo in a great location

We’ve stayed in many houses in watercolor over the years, but to us this had the best location. You’re literally steps away from the main pool, the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. We loved everything about it. The only negative was the WiFi and the cellular service is very spotty. This is an area problem and not solely related to this condo. It is something that happens no matter where you stay or your carrier. It’s ridiculous! But it wouldn’t deter us from coming back! We loved this condo. Property management was A+!

Casual Elegance in a perfect location

Thank you thank you! Beach Bungalow #2 was perfect! Absolutely loved the d�cor! The location is perfect...just steps to all of the amenities that Watercolor has to offer. Loved the timely communication and details on everything we needed to know. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a 2 BR condo in a perfectly convenient location. The only downside was it was a bit noisy on the deck with construction going on across the street and lots of big trucks going by, so we didn't really get to sit outside as much as we normally would. I guess that's the trade off of being right on 30A and across from the amenities/beach. Overall wouldn't give up the walking distance to beach for a quieter location.

Lack of Reliability

I wil not rent from this company again, not because of the property itself, but because of a lack of trust and respect for the management company. The property was lovely. The company is run without consistency and a true desire to provide quality customer service, which I believe stems from a lack of integrity in the leadership/ownership of the company itself. This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write. Ever. But I feel like people need to know what they are getting into and hopefully avoid the frustrations that my family experienced across many levels.

On several occasions I would simply never hear from anyone after calling and emailing questions. It became my job to harass them until someone responded, having to call the one helpful employee on his cell phone at home to get any assistance. My in-laws were kicked out of not one, but two houses before their reservation date, and ended up in an entirely different part of South Walton than desired. It is worthwhile for future renters to know that your reservation does not hold much weight, as the company can remove you from the home you've selected should the owner decide they would like to use the house on your dates, or if there are any maintenance issues.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 young children. The condo quality and d�cor are great. The location is perfect. You walk 1 block and are entering the Watercolor beach club (with a great pool and beach access). There are tons of shops and restaurants all around the location too. Seaside shopping area also is a quick 0.5 mile walk down 30a from condo.

The condo was clean, calming ocean decor', beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, great location to get to the beach and other activities. Only dislike was no place to hang your towels in the large Master bathroom. A double standing towel bar would be perfect. I'd rent this again.

Relaxing Getaway

Very pretty place, great beds. Right across from the beach club, 2 minute walk. Parking was easy and everything in the condo worked well. Pretty kitchen and enough pots and pans to cook if you want to. spacious and quiet. nice comfortable furniture and pretty deck. Pillows were amazing too.

Great apartment. Great location! The watercolor passes were supposed to be under the door and they weren't which was aggravating. But a nice man at the pool from the watercolor company went and got them from me. We did not have a car at the moment as my husband was running errands and no one was willing to bring to me at the apartment from your company, as your entire company lives in Atlanta and there was no local people to help. Also, there is a clog in the master bath. The shower fills up with water but drains halfway through the showering. Amazing shower and the apartment itself is awesome and the furniture is so comfortable and there is plenty of storage! Kitchen equipped beautifully and the balconies are awesome. Such a great apartment!

Perfect Spot!

I noticed the beautiful decor upon entry into the condo. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The balcony was wonderful! Not only were we able to area but if the ocean, we were able to see all the people and cars to give a sense of a busy small town feel at a distance. I felt so relieved our kids could make noises on the floor and not disturb residences below (offices were beneath us). If I had to complain about one thing, the only one would be to request for newer and updated washer/dryer. It was quite a pain to wash clothes and hear the loud long cycles it took each day after we returned from the beach. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied and we plan to stay at that same condo next year some time.
