Could not recommend Exclusive 30A Rentals enough! Was referred to them from a friend for a last minute trip over Labor Day of all times. Richard was incredible at finding out what my needs were, educating me on the different options available and getting me hooked up with the perfect place. The unit was impeccable and ideal for our group. We needed the management company to fix a minor problem first night we were there and they responded immediately as did the repair crew and everyone else. Can't remember the last time I had this good of customer service. Will never visit 30A again without calling them first!

We had a great experience with the rental company. Easy to work with and great communication. The unit was a short walk from the beach and the town center. The unit itself was amazing. The decor and furniture were very updated, the unit was very clean and it was a perfect layout for my family. We loved the screened in eating area and porch with rockers. We will stay again!

Cerulean Splendor was a beautiful place to stay. WE will definitely rent again. Most comfortable bed ever and my kids loved the bunk beds. Loved that it was one story and so close to the beach club area and shops along 30A. If I had to make any compliant, it would just be that this seems to be only company that does not provide bikes for all its units. We do wish this unit came with at least 2 bikes. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

We vacationed here during the Seaside Half Marathon weekend so there were plenty of things to do and see but not overly crowded. The location of this property is perfect for strolling to dinner or to workout and plenty close to the beach. We rented bikes but didn't really need them since we were so close to everything!

Great property, great location.

Beautiful, clean, spacious - I loved being here and see myself going again. Sleeps up to 8 people - 6 in bedrooms.

My wife and I loved staying here for 2 weeks. My adult son also stayed with us part of the time. Property as described in a very convenient location. Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Great porch with nice view of park and comfortable outdoor furniture- loved sitting out here for breakfast and drinks. Only suggestion would be small outdoor dining table on porch would be nice. Very close to the beach club and the beach - easy 5 minute walk. Exclusive 30A well organized, with excellent and useful phone app. We had no issues or problems during our stay. We had rental bikes for biking on the fabulous bike trails. Spent time at the beach, beach club, hiked in Watercolor, went to Grayton and Topsail Hill state parks, went fishing in bay and kayaking (Holmes Creek). We enjoyed many wonderful restaurants, some favorites- Wine bar (2 mins.walk), Café 30A, Chanticleer, Fish out of Water (B), Another Broken Egg (B), Perfect Pig (B). Would definitely recommend this property. Would be great for family with kids/grandkids as could easily accommodate 4 adults and 2-4 children. We will be back.
