Beach chair rentals are available March - October. Stroll to the sand with only your book and sunscreen, and never worry about lugging refreshments with you. Walk back to the house in seconds whenever you run out of drinks!

Don't want to travel without your family pet? Bring your dog with you! Pets are welcome with approval and payment of non-refundable pet fee. (Must receive written approval from Exclusive 30A to bring a pet. Unauthorized pets will results in fines and possible eviction.)

This home is available for Sunday to Sunday reservations during the summer season. Nightly and Weekly rates available all other times with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation based on departure day. You will be called within 24 hours of booking request to confirm reservation request.

There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
