In the spirit of the original Watercolor Community, our 3,400 sqft home on Dandelion Drive boasts an amazing location in a very spacious home decorated in an Americana meets beachy style. Our retreat is a perfect beach getaway located across from Watercolor Tennis center. It’s all about location in Watercolor & a home this close to the front of the neighborhood doesn't come easily – so book fast to grab it before someone else does.

This spacious designer home was renovated for 2024, including a new kitchen and new bathrooms!

The spacious main living area is located on the 2nd floor & features full kitchen, dining area under an artisan chandelier, & double door entrance to balcony for outdoor dining & an additional sitting area. There is a second living room on the 1st floor - perfect for kids to play games or watch a movie.

Step out of your Watercolor hideaway & find yourself in the heart of the community, very close to the front of the neighborhood + Gulf, only a few minutes bike ride to the Gulf of Mexico, the world-renowned & highly acclaimed Watercolor Beach Club, as well as the bustling town of Seaside! Kick off your shoes & sink your feet into the powdery, white sand while enjoying the gorgeous emerald waters.

Another Fantastic Stay

This is our second time to stay at Dandelion #31. Another fantastic stay. We had 7 adults - my husband and myself, 2 adult kids, significant other and grandparents. Plenty of room for us all with private bathrooms. The tv rooms downstairs and also upstairs were a plus. The kids could break away and watch their movies downstairs later in evening while we stayed upstairs. But if we all wanted to watch in the upstairs room, there was plenty of couch space for everyone. House is well stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses for eating in. Heat and hot water worked great. We will definitely be back for a 3rd and 4th visit!

Americana-themed cottage

The property management company was excellent and very responsive to any concerns we had. The property's location was perfect. It was well equipped, including the kitchen. Our only wish was that there were tvs in all bedrooms and night tables at all bedsides. Otherwise it was a great property.

Family Beach Vacation

Our only complaint about the house was the lack of kitchen supplies. Most evenings we decided to stay in and cook since the kids were so worn out. A dinner out would have been meltdown central. After getting groceries we got back to the house and realized there wasn’t any seasoning, PAM, or condiments. This made cooking very difficult. It would be nice if the kitchen was more stocked with the basics. More than two trash bags and two dishwasher tabs would have been very helpful.

Thanks for the feedback, Chelsea. If these items are left behind by previous guests and are in good condition, we don't mind leaving them for the next guests however they aren't staples that we continuously replenish. The disposable amenities are provided in a starter pack to get you going for your first day or two until you can provide more for the entirety of your stay- I apologize this came as a surprise! We are looking into upgrading the amenities provided.We would love to have you back sometime!

Spacious House in Perfect Location

We LOVED staying here! The house is spacious and very comfortable. We really liked having the living area on the second floor with the spacious screened in patio. It made eating on the patio very convenient. The house is in a perfect location - right across the street from to the tennis/Pickleball center and easy access to Seaside town center. The tennis center is directly behind the Seaside chapel and is connected by a path. The walk from the house, past Seaside chapel and through Seaside courtyard to Great Southern, Sundog Books etc. was less than 5 minutes. Management is extremely responsive to requests. We had a minor bathroom request that was addressed within a few hours. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Great time in Watercolor

This home has a perfect location in Watercolor- a couple of minutes of bike ride to the swimming pools and just about 5 minutes down to the beach club. The beaches in this area are outstanding and the entire community is very vibrant especially during the spring break weeks. The house itself is very spacious and we loved the second floor with a huge area for everyone to gather, as well as the covered second floor porch to just sit and quietly enjoy. The location is also perfect for dog owners since you can walk right out on a system of trails that will take you pretty far around the nature in the area. In terms of the house, the only thing that we felt could be better was the refrigerator and freezer. They very a bit undersized for the house and struggled to keep cool. Had to call maintenance a couple of times. Also, the internet service was a bit sketchy. Overall, we had an amazing stay- can't beat the location and the house is gorgeous and spacious.

Artsy Paradise

I love the style of this rental. It doesn't have the typical rental decor. The high ceilings make the rooms feel so spacious. The view of the nature preserve from the back deck is so peaceful. It is very easy to get to Watercolor and Seaside. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Far Exceeded Expectations

It's rare that I check into a hotel or VRBO where I walk in and my expectations are exceeded. I'm just picky like that. This was the first time I had taken my whole family, 2 daughters, son in law and 5 grandchildren on a vacation together and I was a little worried about 10 people being in a house together for 7 days. The house was so roomy and there was plenty of space for us to all be together or escape to another living space for some alone time. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, location excellent - just a short walk to camp Watercolor as well as Watercolor Inn. We were off of the main road in our own little circle so the kids could ride scooters in the street with no worry of traffic. The house was beautifully furnished and we literally had everything we needed. We would come back to this house in a minute!! Oh... and the Air Conditioner.... it was AMAZING!! I'm always hot so to check into a large house with an air conditioner that kept up with me.... it was the icing on the cake!! Oh... and the cleanliness... again, very picky but I have not one complaint about the cleanliness when we arrived.... NOT ONE!!

Perfect for a large family

This rental is nicely decorated and surrounded by woods for privacy. It is very big so you have lots of room. Watercolor is an awesome neighborhood to be in. I walked the nature trail that connects right in front of the home every morning. It is perfect for a large family.

I like the bright, artsy design of this home. The layout is very open and comfortable. It's a little off the beaten path with a nature preserve literally in the backyard but is still an easy bike ride anywhere in the community.

Spring break with multiple families

We rented this house with 2 other families, 6 adults and 6 kids total. Pictures were accurate, and property was very clean when we arrived. House was comparable to the best of the other houses in which I have stayed at Watercolor over the years. Kitchen was a bit small if you were going to regularly cook for 16 people, but our group was smaller, and we ate out most of time. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful House In Great Location

So, we arrived in Watercolor to our beautiful, spacious house. Check-in was seamless. We were 13 people, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The multiple balconies and two main living areas allow for plenty of room to spread out. The house is well appointed. Location is a couple of blocks from Seaside and close to Watercolor. By the way, if you’re accustomed to renting in Seaside, be aware that you cannot access Seaside beach if you’re staying in Watercolor, unless you rent beach chairs with Cabanaman, which we did, then Cabanaman suspendes service and we were left high and dry. Back to the house...right away we realized that the internet was not functioning. It took the management company 2 days to get it working. In the meantime my 3 college kids were not able to attend their online classes for two days, putting them behind in their summer sessions. On the third day the upstairs A/C quit working. Fortunately it only took one day to get this problem fixed. Exclusive 30A must have been overwhelmed because it was impossible to speak to a customer service person. You had to email, which I must say, they responded to quickly. They did offer a very small discount for future rental for our trouble. It probably should have been more significant. I would rent here again but insist upon a thorough inspection of critical factors such as A/C and internet prior to our arrival.

Great place to stay in Watercolor/Seaside

The house was perfect for our needs, accommodating our six adults in three master suites, and four kids in two bunk rooms. Location is perfect, and the indoor/outdoor living spaces are great. Only complaint: for the price, the management company should provide garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues for a 1 week stay. They only provide the "initial supply" (one roll of paper towels, 2 pods of detergent,2 medium-sized trash bags, etc.) of all usable/disposable items, which leaves the renter to purchase more than needed of these items--a problem when flying in from out of state. This policy seems "cheap" and out of sync with the rest of the experience; thus the lower rating for the management company.

Wonderful place to kids and adults

Very good. Great location as it is central to both Watercolors and Seaside being its only a direct 2+ block walk to the center of Seaside. The kids enjoy the safe biking riding atmosphere and other amenities. The major problem that wasn't corrected timely was the broken refrigerator shelf which hampered storage and access. The kids also really enjoyed the downstairs "kids area" with 2 b/r, 1 ba and living room combo they could use exclusively. This is a house well suited for family living with the adults having the second floor for entertaining and a wonderful front porch that is a second dining room . We would definitely stay here again!!

Dandelion Was Delightful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. We arrived to a home that was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and very functional for our big group. The management agency responded immediately to every question I had before, during and after our stay. I am especially grateful for the company's responsiveness when we thought we left something behind in the home. Our group was initially concerned about distance from the beach and restaurants of Seaside but as advertised, we could easily walk to everything. The kids enjoyed the (brand new) bikes that came with the house. Especially loved the wildlife area behind this house with walking paths and the lake. I would highly recommend this property to others and definitely look forward to staying in this house again!

This unit is great for a family where you have a group that that needs their own "space". Our teenage grand children took over the bottom floor and it really took a lot of tension out of our visit. Everything was great. We enjoyed Spring Break 2018 with our kids and grandkids so much. Property was as described and immaculate. Great location for SeaSide and pools.Located on a quiet street off the main street. Made it perfect for young bicycle riders.

Great experience with 4 families and 5 grandchildren. Only three constructive criticisms: buried in Exclusive30A emails, inadequate wifi (very slow), poor cable with few HD channels. Our bed was too soft and spongey, but overall and great experience. Trash pickup inadequate for 7 days and two trash cans - didn't find the blue flag until the last day after searching hard for it.

Family Fun!

We loved our stay at 155 Dandelion. The location was wonderful, with just a short walk to the beach in Seaside. We were three families, but never felt crowded. Having 2 master bedrooms was perfect. The kids had their own TV room on their level leaving the adults their own space as well. We loved the screened in wrap porch for coffee in the mornings and the kids evening meals. 30A Exclusive was very responsive to our needs. The only thing that was an issue was the dryer, which squealed when you turned it on. I would lease this home again and also recommend it to families traveling together.

Dandelion 31 Winter Vacation

This rental worked really well for two families of 4 with 20-something children for a vacation over winter break. We liked the location--the lake is out the back, walking trails are convenient and it's an easy walk to Seaside, the beach and Watercolor amenities. The property description is accurate and the variety of living space is a plus. The house was clean and well-maintained; however, only one TV actually worked, although we didn't care about that enough to get it fixed during our stay. The app provided by the property management company was very convenient and made check in and check-out very easy.
I checked the house location with Google Earth before we arrived and expected a vacant lot next door but instead found construction of a new home. This wasn't a deal breaker, but it would have been better if the property manager had informed us of that ahead of time.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and, depending on circumstances, would rent this property again.

The house was nicely appointed and clean. The kitchen was well furnished and easy to accommodate all of our needs.
The negatives were mud at the driveway staircase from AC condensation spillage,bathrooms are not adequate for 13 people the house is advertised for. We only had 10 people in our party with 6 individuals left for one bathroom.Both TVs were of the eighties vintage-difficult to hear and view and not adequate for this upscale house.Difficult to get two SUVs in the driveway.
