All bedrooms are on the second floor as well as two full, shared bathrooms. The home is ideally set up for two families to enjoy, with each family having their own side of the home for sleeping. Each side of the home can also be shut off for additional privacy.

Climb the elegant spiral staircase and enjoy the top floor lounge with doors leading out to another sunny balcony. A second living area on this top level includes a couch which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen and a charming built in bar. There is also a half bath powder room on this level for added convenience.
