My family stays in this home at least once a year. It has everything we want and we love seeing the upgrades over the years, especially the astroturf in the backyard. Exclusive 30A is wonderful to work with, and Addie is a delight to work with every year.

With 22 guests (9 Moms and 13 teenage daughters), this was the perfect house for a few days. The teenagers slept on the third floor in the bunk rooms and den area. The house is just a couple of blocks from the beach and close enough to walk or bike to Rosemary/Seacrest. Since it was April and still a little cool, we heated the pool which was just perfect for the kids. This house has plenty of space both indoor and outdoor to entertain and spread out. The management company was polite and responsive when we called. The house was clean and well stocked. We definitely will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our large three generation family of 19 found the house exceeds our expectations. The extra refrigerator and washer/dryer were invaluable. The layout of the house was ideal for each generation to have their own space. The pool, pingpong table and corn hole game were all hits. Short distance to beach.

We just stayed at this house with 19 people (5 different families including 10 adults and 9 kids). This house was perfect for us. Each adult couple had their own king sized bed with adjoining bathroom. The option of the bunks in with the king bed was a nice option to have when we wanted our kids to get a little more sleep than sleeping in the big bunk room with all of the kids. Decor was updated and simplistic, beds were comfortable. If you slept on 3rd floor it was so quiet and you couldn't hear anything on the first floor. Walk to beach wasn't too bad. Location of house was very close to restaurants and shops, grocery store, etc. The pool was nice...maybe a little bit small if all of your group plans to get in the pool at the same time. Overall, the house worked really well for us. The two sets of washer/dryer and dishwashers was so nice too!

Wish it could stay like we remember FL of the past but I digress. This week was a great family reunion with impeccable weather, clean surf and all the wonderful memories that you would expect for our large family of 12 adults and 6 grands.

The house was in very good condition, spacious, plenty room for all of us
We were 18 people, 10 adults (grandparents, plus 4 couples of parents) and 8 children from ages 4 to 17.
The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dinnerware and sufficient cookware.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. It was good that all bedrooms basically had a bathroom. The only very minor issue was that there were no hooks to hang towels or robes, bathing suits, etc.
Pool area also was very nice, having shaded areas and sunny areas for the tan seekers.
After going to the panhandle area for 20+ years with the family, this was one of the best vacation homes we stayed in

Perfect for my large family....not only beautiful but so functional...every inch of space has a purpose....we bring a lot of food so 2 refrigerators works so is a perfect house for large groups....the pool is a real plus for us too! I have already made my reservation again for our fifth year...30A staff is so professional and helpful.....would recommend this house to anyone!!!

The home was the perfect space for our Thanksgiving reunion. All of the kids had their own space on the top level and the adults had plenty of room on the lower two levels. The pool was the perfect size to entertain the kids. It was a short walk up the street to the beach (1 block) and a 5 minute walk to town (shops and restaurants). Overall I would highly recommend this rental!
