The 2 dining tables, large private pool, fenced-in turfed backyard and huge kitchen - host with ease.

Splurge and set up grocery delivery so that fridges are stocked when you arrive. Need a crib? That can be rented and set up in the house before you get there. Want to really impress the in-laws? Have a catered beach bonfire at the nearby Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access or organize a charted fishing cruise.

Lots of outdoor living space, including a sundeck by the pool, covered porches with luxury loungers, and terrific views of the Gulf. Enjoy the outdoor cooking area with grill and dine outdoors under the covered patio. When it's time to do laundry, HE washer and dryers are located on both the 2nd and 3rd floor!

Professionally designed interiors, luxury bedding, and thoughtful touches make this the ultimate beach house. The entire top story is a perfect kids retreat, with two bunk rooms and a huge game lounge. The game lounge comes complete with wet bar, custom couches, dual tvs, and ping pong.

Lovely home.

Our family really enjoyed our New Years stay at Inlet Beach Reunion House 57. The weather was colder than usual so we were inside most of the time, but there was plenty of room inside and activities to keep all ages entertained. The property managers were prompt and extremely responsive to the couple of small needs we had while we were there. The beach is a very short walk away with easy access. The bikes were a huge hit! I found the kitchen easy to cook in, well stocked with appliances & cookware, and serving options. We had mixed reviews on the beds, some were better than others, and we learned quickly not to do laundry at night because the pipes bang the walls-which was not a big deal at all just a heads-up. Can't think of another thing that wasn't just right. Definitely recommend.

A perfect week!

We took a group trip to Inlet beach with three families and 7 kids total. The house was spacious and perfect for our large group. We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons swimming in the backyard pool. The rental company was responsive and took good care of us during our stay. Thank you!

Great house for groups!

Great house! This house is well done - the kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are all a nice size with comfortable mattresses and bedding, living and dining furniture is great, the outdoor area is great and much larger area and pool than most rentals! Exclusive 30a was very attentive to our couple of needs. Would definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful home & outdoor area!

This home is absolutely beautiful and fits the description for the most part. Plenty of beach and kitchen accessories. Ants are a problem in the backyard/pool area. The property manager was responsive to our requests after a few follow-up emails. To be clear, the ‘spa’ or ‘hot tub’ is NOT heated unless you pay for the entire pool to be heated. This was not clearly defined in the description or communication received prior to check in. Be sure to bring coolers to store plenty of ice. There are two refrigerators however, one ice machine does not work and the other one barely produces ice. The oven also beeps constantly once it is on and to the temperature needed. The walk to the beach is not far at all and the wagon provided helps a lot!

Hi Heather, thanks so much for taking the time to give us this feedback! This is the first time we are hearing about ants at the property, and I will have management run an extra inspection to see if we need an additional appointment for pest control to visit. We'd love to have problems such as these addressed as soon as possible, so please feel free to send us a quick text or email during your stay so we can have that taken care of! I've doubled checked maintenance requests for the ice maker issue and seems that this has since been resolved. Also, the oven will beep during preheating but will stop when it reaches the set temperature. The text line is a perfect place for any guests in your party to send us a quick question if you ever need help with anything! We hope these small issues didn't affect your stay too much and hope to see you again in the future to show that Exclusive 30A truly is a luxurious experience that we intend to serve our guests!

The Perfect Beach house!

With 22 guests (9 Moms and 13 teenage daughters), this was the perfect house for a few days. The teenagers slept on the third floor in the bunk rooms and den area. The house is just a couple of blocks from the beach and close enough to walk or bike to Rosemary/Seacrest. Since it was April and still a little cool, we heated the pool which was just perfect for the kids. This house has plenty of space both indoor and outdoor to entertain and spread out. The management company was polite and responsive when we called. The house was clean and well stocked. We definitely will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Reunion House Inlet Beach

Our large three generation family of 19 found the house exceeds our expectations. The extra refrigerator and washer/dryer were invaluable. The layout of the house was ideal for each generation to have their own space. The pool, pingpong table and corn hole game were all hits. Short distance to beach.

Great House

We just stayed at this house with 19 people (5 different families including 10 adults and 9 kids). This house was perfect for us. Each adult couple had their own king sized bed with adjoining bathroom. The option of the bunks in with the king bed was a nice option to have when we wanted our kids to get a little more sleep than sleeping in the big bunk room with all of the kids. Decor was updated and simplistic, beds were comfortable. If you slept on 3rd floor it was so quiet and you couldn't hear anything on the first floor. Walk to beach wasn't too bad. Location of house was very close to restaurants and shops, grocery store, etc. The pool was nice...maybe a little bit small if all of your group plans to get in the pool at the same time. Overall, the house worked really well for us. The two sets of washer/dryer and dishwashers was so nice too!

Inlet Beach is growing

Just a block or so from the beach, (and Chris Stapleton’s compound), beautiful Inlet Beach is growing like everywhere else but not as exclusive as Rosemary. Wish it could stay like we remember FL of the past but I digress. This week was a great family reunion with impeccable weather, clean surf and all the wonderful memories that you would expect for our large family of 12 adults and 6 grands.

Thanksgiving 2020 at Inlet Beach Reunion Hourse #57

Booked this for a family of 10 adults and 7 kids (teen to 1 year old). Found it to have plenty of room and liked the smaller crowds than Rosemary Beach. Rented bikes (none included with rental) and 5 minute ride to Rosemary center. One and one half blocks to beach. Found email best way to communicate with Exclusive 30A. Communication with them not always timely. House was clean and comfortable. Plenty of bed options for our 17. Master tub downstairs drains very slowly. Stove/oven had minor issues; one burner hard to light. Oven temp overly sensitive and often would continually beep sensing error. A number of blinds throughout the house needed replacing. In spite of these inconveniences/annoyances the house met our needs and we felt the price was acceptable. We did have the pool/spa heated and the kids enjoyed it. Cost was a little more than I expected for pool heating. Finally, cleaning personnel were friendly and easy to work with on departure. We enjoyed our stay.

Beach vacation home review

The house was in very good condition, spacious, plenty room for all of us
We were 18 people, 10 adults (grandparents, plus 4 couples of parents) and 8 children from ages 4 to 17.
The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dinnerware and sufficient cookware.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. It was good that all bedrooms basically had a bathroom. The only very minor issue was that there were no hooks to hang towels or robes, bathing suits, etc.
Pool area also was very nice, having shaded areas and sunny areas for the tan seekers.
After going to the panhandle area for 20+ years with the family, this was one of the best vacation homes we stayed in

Dream House

Perfect for my large family....not only beautiful but so functional...every inch of space has a purpose....we bring a lot of food so 2 refrigerators works so is a perfect house for large groups....the pool is a real plus for us too! Amazing home and location!

The home was the perfect space for our Thanksgiving reunion. All of the kids had their own space on the top level and the adults had plenty of room on the lower two levels. The pool was the perfect size to entertain the kids. It was a short walk up the street to the beach (1 block) and a 5 minute walk to town (shops and restaurants). Overall I would highly recommend this rental!

Amazing House and Great Company

I was in desperate need to rent houses in the area after Hurricane Michael came blowing through. I looked for 2 days and came across this house and it was perfect. There is so much room and the large kitchen with almost 2 of everything was amazing! We rented it for 2 weeks but needed to extend and they were more than willing to help. The house is in a great location close to food and entertainment options. We didn’t get to use the pool and hot tub much since we were working 2 hour days. But it’s big and beautiful with temp control! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large family gathering because it’s perfect and only steps away from the beach. We can not thank you enough for allowing us to use this beautiful home for the month!!!

Fantastic

We had 19 adults in our party and the house was plenty big. We never felt crowded, there was tons of indoor space for all of us to relax on a rainy day. Having the pool was great, because the ocean had a red tide for a few days. We absolutely will look this house up if we come back to PCB. Home Away From Home

Fabulous house for my large family.....every inch of this house is well used...2 refrigerators are a must for us as we eat all meals in house....2 dishwashers manage all dished for the day....2 washers and dryers making keeping up laundry simple....the pool is an added perk for nighttime enjoyment entire family says this is the perfect house for us...just completed our 3rd year and looking forward to 2019!

Large Group Luxury

This was the perfect rental for our group. We had six families made up 11 adults and 13 kids. The house had plenty of room for all. The two sets of washers/dryers was awesome for a large group. The two large dining tables allowed the entire group to eat at once. Overall a great place to stay!

Reunion House Vacation

We absolutely loved the location, the layout, the decor etc. Working with the reservation staff was a breeze and they were so helpful with any questions we had. Our only complaint was that the house was full of TVs, but had zero DVD players. However, they did provide them after 4 days into our stay. Lastly, the home did not appear to have been cleaned very well. There was hair in the bathrooms/showers and even on some of the pillow cases. We moved some furniture to search for kids dropped toys and underneath the chairs/sofas was absolutely filthy. We would hope that the cleaning service would improve, and we would definitely stay at this location again.

Fall break vacation

Loved the size and location of the home. It worked great for access to the beaches and Rosemary. The main problem we had was the home was very dirty. I almost felt that the cleaning crew only changed the sheets and wiped down the bathrooms. There was to much evidence that they had done nothing more.

Absolute Lifesaver

This house was everything we expected and more. We booked last minute and had high hopes from the pictures and the agent that helped us, but it could not have been more perfect. It is only a short walk to the beach. Even though it rained most of the time we were there, we made the best of it and cooked some delicious meals in the spacious kitchen. The private pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect for our group. The house is also located only a couple miles from restaurants, gas station and a grocery store. If you have a large group, this is the place for you! Thank you 30A Exclusive and Addie, you guys were a lifesaver.

Fabulous Family Gathering Venue

We had a marvelous experience in this beautifully appointed home. Awesome layout with wonderful walk-in closets in most king suites to tuck away pack n plays for infants and super fun bunk beds for the kids and even us adults who are kids at heart. I actually slept with my 4 year old grandson in one of the bunk bed suites (even though I was on the bottom) !! HA Wonderful place to reconnect, bond and enrich family relationships!

Annual Family Vacation in the Destin Area.

This was our fourth annual vacation in Destin but our first in Inlet Beach. The house layout was perfectly suited for our group of 9 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 15 to 2. The third floor is totally kid friendly, especially nice on those occasional rainy afternoons. With 6 king bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, everyone had their own private area. The pool and outdoor dining area was a big hit with the entire group.
We had a couple of issues with some outdoor equipment but after talking with the manager, those issues are being addressed. After getting some input from the clan, we have decided to book this house again for 2017.

Crawford Family Vacation

Overall loved the home! A couple of issues/suggestions:
- We never had working wifi
- We reported a drip in a shower on the 2nd floor that was very loud. Maintenance explained that it was a bigger fix then what could be done while we were in the house - perhaps next time just leave a note & how to dull the drip noise rather than not having us be concerned with it.
- The kitchen (stove top & fan top in particular) were not cleaned well so we did that prior to moving our stuff in
- The 3rd floor space is incredible but we found it underutilized because of it's distance from the kitchen. Perhaps a refrigerator/beverage fridge would be a good addition for snacks & drinks.

Great for Multiple Families

I had some initial concerns with this house being newly built and no chance to see real photos of it until putting our deposit down, but it turned out to be a fantastic vacation home for our four families with 11 children. We even had an entire bedroom left empty - and I can honestly say that I was NOT expecting that.
The pool at the house was a perfect size for the kids to play. I was told of a community pool that we could use, too, but was never able to find it.
The beach was as beautiful as I remember, but even better because it wasn't as crowded as Rosemary Beach when we came last year. I highly recommend the chair service - they were awesome!
The walk to the beach was just a few blocks, and not a problem for any adults or children. It was a great location - close to the highway and the beach, and not too far to Rosemary Beach, but in the heat it was better to drive there.
Looking forward to coming again, and hopefully to even stay in the Reunion House. Thanks so much to the Exclusive 30A Rentals team!

Inlet Beach reunion House

Very nice home. Wasn't totally equipped as advertised. Didn't have x-box or play station, no refrigerator/ice maker with bar. Kitchen very well equipped but no pitchers. Had issues with the pool but no prompt response. Requested propane tank for gas grill and was told one would be delivered but it was not. Nothing major but I would expect a little more for a premium price. Overall, the home is very nice and the location is good. The beach is great and not in an overly crowded area.
