Two thumbs up!

Perfect location and so many little extra touches. We’ve been coming to Watercolor for years now and this unit has little things like lots of robe hooks and hampers in the bedrooms and lots of towels and a well stocked kitchen. (Some units give the bare minimum). Huge deal for us is comfortable outdoor furniture and this unit delivers. With iffy weather all week, we still enjoyed our time on the porch! One thing only as a criticism is that the master bedroom mattress needs replacing - slopes off badly both sides.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

It was wonderful! They had a fully stocked kitchen with utencils galore! We sat on their porch every evening and watched tv in the living room every night. Wonderful location too! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Perfect Condo for Two!

A girlfriend and I needed a few days of remote work in a beautiful place, and this condo was perfect. It is ideally situated close to Beach Happy for coffee and long walks around Seaside and Watercolor. Parking was easy, the linens and beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We'll be back!

The unit is very well appointed with quality kitchen equipment, comfortable furniture, and good quality linens. Its location is excellent for walking or biking around Watercolor and Seaside. The beach is a very easy quick walk. The only negative is that the guests in the unit above this one can be heard walking around quite loudly. We had two different sets of guests above us during our stay and both could be easily heard. It was the only thing that detracted from the experience for us.

Waterful was Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay at It's a Waterfal Life. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms are all updated and we loved the master shower. We enjoyed the front porch and looking out at the park. Great location. The only downfall would be the children above us. You could hear them moving around a lot above us in the evening and in the morning.

Nearly Perfect Stay!

This was the perfect location for our beach vacation! The rental was beautifully decorated and very well-maintained. The two bikes came in handy for trips to the beach and rides to Seaside. The beach and pool were incredible and just a short walk or bike ride from the house. We will for certain be back!

My only complaints were the dishes and silverware being put away dirty by the last guest and dealing with the noise from the unit above us. Neither of these things will stop us from staying again, but it would be nice for the upstairs unit to have a reminder posted to please be considerate of the neighbors below, especially into the evening hours.

Perfect Location to beach & restaurants

We had a great stay, very clean and super close to wine bar, beach, pools, breakfast, shopping! My husband and I worked in the screened in porch in the mornings. My parents and husband and I had a great week getaway, next time we want to bring our kids— but we ate at some fabulous restaurants and took bike rides to the hub- we recommend this place 100%! The ONLY thing is the TV in the family room is too small for the room- and the room is so big we had to sit closer to tv to see. But normally we wouldn’t be watching tv, it was just after a day of unwinding we watched movies all together!

Like new condition and very clean. Everything was "as presented" by Exclusive 30A. The only improvement opportunities are the bikes and the programed thermostat. The bikes needed air put in the tires and the chains lubricated. We were required to override the thermostat twice a day. This is a very nice property and a property we would stay there again.

It’s a Waterful Life

I booked a trip at the last minute for myself and a friend. The location was perfect for access to the Beach Club, Wine World and the shops of Watercolor. Parking was not an issue. The condo itself was beautiful! Had everything we needed and then some! Soothing beach colors, comfortable furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. The vibe was comfortable and luxurious! It was an added bonus that the condo was immaculately clean! Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Watercolor more than 10 times...and this was the most convenient location to the beach club we have experienced. We didn't need bikes or a golf cart to go to the beach...just walk!
