Best in location and comfort, Just In Thyme will be your family's new favorite vacation home. Nestled among gorgeous Magnolia Trees for a peaceful atmosphere, this 3000 square foot home is only a 100 yards to the Dogwood/Thyme Beach Entrance and a 5 minute stroll (or 2 minute bike ride) to the center of Seaside with lots of shopping and dining options. This home is also loaded with amenities to ensure you have everything you need for a wonderful 30A vacation experience including a fenced in backyard with private pool and outdoor game room.
Pets are welcome on a limited basis with approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet deposit.

Area Construction - Due to the outstanding beaches and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more popular each year. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

Great location near Seaside

great location (easy walk to Seaside, short walk to stairs to the beach), really 5 bedrooms (there's a small bunk room between the entrance and door to pool, but it wouldn't be good for little kids, ok for teens but the upstairs bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds, carpet and plenty of space). Helpful to have bikes (they also have some old beach chairs and beach toys

The Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing vacation at Just in Thyme! Check-in was seamless and much appreciated after a long drive. The home is very clean and spacious with high ceilings and room to spread out over 3 levels. The top level has a second small living area with upholstered chairs, game table, TV, and small frig. - it's perfect for a second space for large groups.
Hardwood floors, moldings, and soft paint colors give the home a cozy and upscale feel. The kitchen is very well stocked and has all-new stainless-steel appliances and updated lighting (not shown in current pics). We slept very comfortably and loved the memory foam bedding! (our room had a beautiful, updated ceiling fan - not shown in pics)
The location of Just in Thyme is fabulous as it is slightly tucked away on a beautiful tree-lined side street but within very easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
We enjoyed bike rides (bikes included with the rental!) to Seaside (.4 miles away) for eating and shopping followed by extended rides on a paved bike path over Western Lake to the local state park.
A few other highlights during our stay were a fresh fish market just down the road, short evening walks to dinner in Seaside, morning coffee (home has a large 14-cup coffee maker) in the oversized and comfortable furniture, cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen (everything is labeled and easy to find), a dining table big enough for our group to have meals at one end and an on-going puzzle at the other and opening the balcony doors to the ocean breeze.
We had a fabulous week and look forward to our next stay!

Thyme Street Vaction

Over all it was a great place to stay! Very close to beach and Seaside.
There were 2 downsides that need to mentioned:
1) Construction next door started at 7AM Tuesday - Thursday.
2) The Bikes were not good. Chains kept falling off, kids strained and 1 Adult injured because of it.

Unfortunately, a downside to this area is that it seems to be getting more popular, attracting more construction projects that seem to pop up at different times. We want to be transparent with guests on this which is why a construction disclaimer is added to the listing. Please let us know if bikes are ever an issue during your stay as we have a separate management team specifically for repairs and replacements!

Great location!

Great location! Very clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was walkable to the beach and Seaside and super comfortable when we were inside. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. Great location!

Clean, well stocked, awesome communication! Location was perfect to walk to beach and Seaside center. We enjoyed the decks in the am and every evening. Construction next door is complete so no issues there. Plenty of room for our family of 14. No complaints whatsoever! Will definitely stay at this location again when coming to the area.

Thanksgiving Trip

This spot was in a great location relative to seaside square and pricing was good. The house has great spaces and areas to gather. Outdoor area ping pong table is unusable with poor supplies and non-functioning net that could easily be rectified. bike tires needed inflating before guest arrive. all upper balconies were covered in thick dust from construction demo debris right next door, so wasn't ideal to hang out on porches. Main issue we had was musty odor on bottom level so that small room was not usable for us. once we got A/C going it helped throughout the house, but not down in that room at the entry level. Excellent communication and information provided before we arrived with all info you could ever need. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. House is a tad dated, but it worked for us last minute when our first booking elsewhere was sold.

Spring Break 2022

We had a great time and loved the location. The house definitely needs a little TLC from maintenance. The outdoor button for the pool alarm on the back door does not work. Super annoying that the alarm went off anytime someone opened the door from the backyard. Both of the grills are in horrible condition and should be replaced. The door handle on the freezer needs to be tightened. The door handle in the living room on the 2nd floor that goes out to the porch needs to tightened. We thought it was going to fall off during our stay. Loved that the bunk beds had been updated. It was nice to have all of the different cooking supplies and gadgets; however we had to move things around just to have an open shelf to store food in a cabinet.

Great Thyme, Great Location

Thyme #56 is a half block from the main road into Seaside. Cross the street, go down the stairs, and you are at the beach. Seaside is a 10 minute walk down the road. The kitchen is well-supplied with utensils, pans, glasses, etc. The bedrooms are many and comfortable, especially for larger fam ily vacations.

Perfect location - beach, shops, restaurants, grocery!

This home is exceptional! The location is perfect - walk to Seaside, walk just a few steps to the beach, close to a grocery and restaurants. Bikes are provided so no need to get back in your car if you don't want to!

The home itself is immaculate and the rooms are configured so lots of family and friends can stay, yet everyone can still have plenty of privacy. It has a big family room space for everyone to gather. Great wrap around decks with a lot of comfy outdoor seating make it even better. And the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. There's even a private pool in case you need a break from the beach.

Highly recommend this home for a relaxing, EASY and fun vacation!

Great Vacation in Seaside!

We loved this house! Brought our 2 teenagers and some of their friends. They biked everywhere so it was great having the bikes already at the house. We loved having our dog with us. Beautiful house, plenty of room and so close to the beach and all Seaside has to offer!

Great location!

This property was amazing and we couldn’t have loved it more. The short walk to the beach was closer than we originally thought it would be. We enjoyed finishing our days on the patio by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as we like to cook and grill out. The walk to Seaside was a short one so went nearly everyday for shopping.

The Perfect Beach Home

Our favorite place to stay on 30A. This home has everything you need and more. It’s across the street from the beach and close to Seaside. It’s just a short walk or bike ride from our favorite place to eat Cowgirl Kitchen too. Plenty of room for a family/friend vacation. Highly recommended this home. Would give it a 10 star rating if it would let me.

Best House for a Big Family Vacation!!!!

This was an excellent house to stay in! We stayed here with 13 people. It has a big dining room table to seat everyone & really nice balconies all around the house with chairs on it. The pool was really nice to have when not everyone wanted to have a beach day. It’s a very short walk to the beach; the house is super close to it!

Best Thyme #56

Just in Thyme #56 has a wonderful layout conducive
to a big family gathering or for a great party location. The large, well-stocked kitchen and living room are open to each other with ample seating in both. If privacy is your wish, the 5 bedrooms, intimate seating area upstairs, outdoor porches, and personal pool allow that. Both the beach and Seaside are just a short walk away.

GREAT House for Family Vacations!

We loved staying at Just in Thyme! The location couldn’t be any more perfect. There are stellar beach views from the balconies, and the beach is easy to get to (only a 1-2 minute walk!). Family Get Away

Had a wonderful time with a multi-generational group of family. Annual getaway to reset and relax. The location is perfect - walking distance to most anything you could want or need. Weather was perfect! I'm allergic to the sun and this time of year for a getaway is perfect! Beds were very comfortable and layout of the house was great for family time.
