This home is located in a quiet Seagrove neighborhood with a spacious beach front location. Avoid the crowds while still being close to shopping and dining on 30A! Kokomo is a quick 4 minute drive to Old Florida Fish House, Buddy's Fish Market, and Coastal Dune Co.

Perfect property for two families

The property was in the most perfect location for our families. We have two children and traveled with another family with two children. The layout of the home was wonderful for us, sort of the upstairs is split into two separate sides (one staircase per side) - we loved being right on the beach and enjoyed all the beach toys that the house had to offer. Communication was clear and precise from the property management company. During our stay, we had multiple people ask us about the property and how to go about renting it. Kokomo is Highly recommended from our hello

So relaxing

The house is just as described. The way the house is laid out it would be a great home for families traveling together. There are 2 bedrooms on either side of the house. But the main attraction is the ocean. The living room has big windows facing the water. The furniture is comfortable to just grab a book and face the waves. It was the most relaxing trip I’ve ever taken. I can’t wait to go back. The house is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping as well. We rented a golf cart to get around and I highly recommend that. Parking near some of the shopping areas can be tight.

Nice stay.

Enjoyed the stay in general. The beach is beautiful and the facility is nice.
The units next door are under renovation, and the construction crews show up at 8:30 and start pounding and sawing with loud music. The beach needs signage for the "private beach" as the public does not understand it is a private beach. Many of the other places have such signage.

Hey Rodney, thanks for the review! We appreciate your stay and feedback. As the local community grows, with it brings the construction of new properties. As this isn't a favorable aspect, we try to keep up with active construction so that we can warn guests ahead of time- because we don't have their schedules, it can be difficult to keep up with. The beach is privately owned down to the water line and we are currently getting new signs to post so that the public is aware! Please let us know if these signs have been removed or blown away during a storm so that we can replace them ASAP!

Beautiful Beachfront Home

This beach front home was absolutely wonderful. This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy our sons wedding proposal! The house has 2 bedrooms with ocean front balconies and 2 additional bedrooms. The house easily accommodated our 12 guests. The main living area has an incredible ocean view. The house has a wrap around balcony/porch, fire pit, bbq grill, access to 4 bikes and plenty of outdoor seating. You will not be disappointed. We definitely will be back . Highly recommend!

Our stay at Kokomo was perfect. House was clean and the set up was perfect for our family. At one point we had 6 guests and there was plenty of room. Beach was pristine and chairs were set up every morning. Management was extremely helpful! We already booked again for next year!

Kokomo was Amazing!

Everything about our experience with Exclusive 30A Rentals was excellent! From the initial booking, to regular communication leading up to our check in, to the check in process - everything was seamless! Great house, right on the beach

Kokomo was perfect for our annual beach trip. Location was very convenient, but still off the beaten path. House was great and right on the beach, steps to umbrellas and chairs, that were set up daily. Wrap around porch was very nice. All bedrooms were upstairs, on each end of house, so our college age kids on one side and parents (2 couples) on the other.

On the beach bliss

A very cozy home directly on the beach.
Surrounded by all types of homes- not in a "neighborhood." We grew out of that hassle. While you had to drive for anything- ok bc you were 15 minutes from Rosemary and 10 to Seaside. We had seven in our party. We loved the Perfect Pig, La Crema in Rosemary, and ordered ahead of trip many dishes from Cowgirl Kitchen Feed and Supply(Rosemary). HIghly reccommend if you want to walk out your door and put foot in sand. Super cute inside. Monsoon came the day before, so the outside was a mess. But you cannot control the weather.

KOKOMO 2022

This was our 2nd time to stay @ Kokomo and it was just as wonderful as our last stay. It is such a perfect fit for our family vacation with ages ranging from 1 to 60! There's no better location...right on the sand! Wraparound deck, parking for all 4 of our cars, view for miles...all perfect. We never pack a big cooler for the beach because it's so close to walk back to the house. The house comes with chairs and umbrellas as a bonus too! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are plenty, table for 10 with room for cards and puzzles made it fun when we cooked, also! Our family is growing so we don't know if we'll get to see Kokomo again in the future and we're so sad because I'm not sure we'll find such a jewel anywhere else. Thanks for the memories, Kokomo!!

A wonderful hideaway

I have been to Kokomo twice within a six month period. This sweet house is tucked away two roads off of 30 a. It is not near public beach access... It has wonderful seating and air-conditioning and it is just a few steps from the sand. The deck as amazing as it is the upper deck. There are views of the ocean from almost every room in the house and they are amazing.

Best Beach House Ever

We loved everything about our stay at Kokomo. You cannot get closer to the beach, and the views from the entire living room and upstairs primary bedrooms are sweeping, all encompassing and oh so close. We woke up to watch dolphins playing in the waves while we watched them from our bed. Unbelievable. The wraparound deck is fantastic and so is the indoor/outdoor living. Loved it and would come back in a hot minute! Exclusive 30A was also prompt, professional and extremely customer oriented in any requests we had. Highly recommend!

KOKOMO Vacation Stay

This house was exceptional for location. Beautiful view and easy access in and out. It was completely cleaned and customer service was perfect. We had no issues but they had great communication if needed. Perfect for our family reunion with ocean surrounding us. Nobody wanted to leave and wants to try and make this an annual event.

Our family of 8 had an incredible time this week at Kokomo!! The location to the beach was our biggest happy and the rest of the home added to make this one of best ever! We loved having big comfortable bedrooms with enough bathrooms

Great House right on the beach

We were a party of 4 adults and 1 child (16 mos). The house is an excellent location on a dead-end street (away from 30A) and right on the beach. It appears the house was once a duplex, that has been converted into a single family home (4BR/3.5BA) and is very well done. My only recommendation is for the owners to update the kitchen cookware. In normal times, people probably don't cook much, but in the current environment, I felt like the cookware needs an upgrade. Overall, great house for our party. Main level is open floor plan, spacious, beautiful views, etc. Great location and a very fun week on the beach.

Fabulous beachfront!

KOKOMO getaway

This is a fabulous house with wonderful beach access. Two families spent a week enjoying the house and water. We loved the bedroom/bathroom set up and the main floor kitchen/living area was great as well. The crowning jewel was the deck off the main floor where you can enjoy sunrises/sunsets and fabulous water views. I hope to return to this property and will definitely tell friends about it!

Best Beach Trip Ever!

Great house but not a great part of beach or street.

This home is wonderful but there are condos on either side, making the beach crowded. Also, the rental company sets up other's chairs all along the "private beach front" property belonging to the home. There is a nearby lake that drains into the ocean so the water is always murky, unlike the typical blue green beach. When we arrived the fridge was sticky and dirty, the dishwasher was full, and after asking 4 times for either a vacuum or dustpan, neither were ever delivered. We had sand in piles around the home and tried our best to keep it clean but it was difficult without proper cleaning tools. I would've expected them to bring us something to clean the floors with within the 7 days we were there. Also, only one master bedroom is ocean facing. The second master is small and in the back of the house. If the trees were trimmed alongside the house, you would still be able to have a view of the ocean but unfortunately it's overgrown and completely blocked.

Family Beach Vacation

The house is beautiful and you can't beat the view and location. The only disappointments are one of the windows is constantly covered in fog (condensation?) so you can't see the amazing view from that floor to ceiling window which is directly in front of dining room table. Also while we were there, the stove wasn't working which caused some cooking challenges. They said it would be replaced so hopefully it won't inconvenience any future guests. Other than that, the house was a great place for our family (4 kids and 6 adults).

Perfect house in great location

We absolutely loved this house. The size was fantastic - we had plenty of room for all of the members of our family. The decor is lovely, and the views from the main living area and the upstairs bedrooms were spectacular. But nothing beats the beachfront location; being able to just walk from your deck to the sand was the absolute best part of this home. It is such a quick drive to the grocery store, restaurants and the Seaside shopping area. We all said numerous times that we would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

Sweet house in great location!

Quaint beach home. Location in semi quiet area directly on beach is its draw. Master bed very comfortable. Kitchen w plenty cooking gear. House is split into two separate upstairs, each w two bedrooms, so perfect for two family’s. On side street accessible to 30a bike path. Nice to be off the main drag. Mostly clean unit, showers could be a bit cleaner. No bathtubs. Very cozy family room. I would definitely stay here again.
