Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund less a $175 cancellation fee. Cancel between 29-14 days prior to arrival for a 50% refund of the reservation total. No refund for any cancellations or shortened stays made less than 14 days prior to arrival.

I was so excited to make this my birthday getaway! This was a solo trip. I loved it.The unit was immaculate. It was just a short 3 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores were just a short 5 minute drive away. And a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach where I enjoyed a beautiful sunset on my last day. I highly recommend this rental property. I will definitely be back.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It was very windy and cold so we did not experience the great beach location or use the bicycles provided. We were actually there for the music that weekend and the location was great for that. I was a little concerned about the window openings in the bathroom. We could see people on the street but unsure whether we could be seen. That could also be a problem if more than a couple is staying there, as you can see into the bathroom from the stairway going in and out of the house.

The rental was beautiful and location to everything was perfect. Had small view of ocean bc it was behind first row but right next to beach access and right across street from town center. Walkable to everything. Suggestion: needs more washcloths and hand towels in bathroom, beach chairs, Keurig. Was clean except for ceiling fan, light above sink, rafters in living room. Overall trip was great! First beach We have seen in US with sugar white sand with no debris and it doesn’t stick to you. Amazing sand and sea glass colored water you can actually see to the bottom of. Was a wow trip

The property is beautiful, perfect for a couple. The location was amazing with easy walking access to the shops & food trucks and of course a short walk to the beach. Everything is convenient and secure. Communication with the host was refreshing with quick polite responses. Definitely recommend staying at this property.

The condo is literally located on the beach in the heart of Seaside so we could walk to the beach and bike to Seaside in a minute. The condo is nicely furnished. Three adults could use another bathroom, but it's my only complaint. It would be perfect for a couple. There was good communication from the management company.

My wife and I haven’t been on vacation in a while. When we found this rental we took the leap. It was by far the best time I’ve had in a while. The area has tons of activities and on top of that you get to go back to your house with such a nice view of the Gulf. Will go again without a doubt.

We stayed in the upstairs unit and LOVED it. As soon as we walked in we were very impressed. Every room was clean and comfortable. We occupied the screened-in porch every morning and night to bask in the 30A atmosphere and view the beautiful Gulf. Beautiful rental and nearby everything. There was always something to do in Seaside.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by notifying Exclusive 30A in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check¬-In date (“Cancellation Period”). Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made between 31-59 days of the arrival date forfeit 50% of the full reservation amount and the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation amount. Cancellation after check-in or early departure is not eligible for any refund of rent or deposit. Travel insurance is available to purchase for an additional fee.
