Before entering the home, you're greeted w/ a furnished screened-in front porch - a cool way to enjoy your morning outside complete w/ ceiling fan! Perfect for dropping off beach bags on your way in, or chatting w/ a beverage in hand, taking in the beautiful surroundings. Inside the home, crisp, clean interiors await along w/ hardwood floors throughout!

A professionally furnished living room features Smart TV and plush + comfortable seating for 8, all carefully chosen with a designer's eye. The dining room opens to both the family room and kitchen + has seating for 8, while the breakfast bar sits 4 next to the formal dining table. Everyone can eat together!

A gourmet kitchen w/ high end appliances has all of the luxuries you need to make a delicious meal for your family and friends. Granite countertops, custom lighting, and carefully chosen touches make this kitchen a delight for preparing meals + gathering. The kitchen is stocked w/ cookware and other accouterments to make everything from a PB and J to Thanksgiving dinner.

Need to work while on 30A? A built in desk + chair is available near the dining table in a semi-private nook. The whole home wifi ensures no missing a Zoom call, unless you want to.

A bonus family room on 2nd floor is a great spot to get away w/ a book or for the kids to enjoy their own chill time. It is a classic space and ultra-comfortable. The room also turns into an additional sleeping space at night w/ a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa.
