Welcome to Sandy Paws! This well appointed pet friendly home is a quick 2 minute bike ride to the Greenwood Beach Access and only a 6 minute bike ride to Seaside. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood and less crowded beach access while still being close to shopping and dining in Seaside!

Sandy Paws is a beautifully decorated and comfortable home with only one level. A great vacation home for anyone with mobility concerns! The open floor plan creates a relaxing vibe throughout the home and allows everyone to gather together for memory making moments. This peaceful atmosphere continues to the back deck and fenced in back yard. Very spacious lot with ample room for the kids and pup to run around while the adults enjoy the outdoor dining table.

Don't forget your furry family member either! Your dog wants to romp around 30A, too. This designer home and neighborhood is pet friendly.
*Must have written approval from Exclusive 30A to bring your pet and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction.

Sandy Paws Features
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- Complimentary use of a 6 Seater golf cart. Must be at least 21 and a licenses/insured driver to operate.
- Private Pool! Pool can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October - April
- Flexible summer stays available. No Saturday to Saturday restrictions
