Beautiful Watercolor home with prime location! Features include 2 spacious master suites; one on the first floor and one on the second with private porch. This home boasts stunning wire brush oak floors throughout, V-Groove wood walls, 10ft ceilings on the first floor, abundant windows and light fixtures, ample porch space, and a Gourmet kitchen with Caesar-stone countertops, gas range, farmhouse sink, and bar area with wine refrigerator. The second floor offers a media room with vaulted ceilings and built in bookcases, 2 additional spacious bedrooms and a bunk room.

Summer 2023 Beach Trip

February on the beach is magical

Beautiful home but proceed with caution

62 E Royal Fern is a beautiful home. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Location is good, even tho not proximate to the beach, the 6-seater golf cart makes that easy. We had an incident that people need to be aware of. There is a very narrow elevated porch with no railing and no skid proof strips. My 84 year old father in law fell off of it about 3 feet down into a bush. It was raining and dark (no lighting on side of house) and my husband was holding his hand but it was so slippery once he started to slide there was no stopping him. He was very fortunate he didn't break anything. He cut his leg and hand. Anyone could be affected by this. I made the mgmt aware but they didn't seem too concerned. I cannot believe this passed code.

We're so sorry to hear that happened! Most of the homes in the crossings district have the same layout on the side entry way and we do have lights out there but we're looking into options to make it safer. We appreciate the feedback and are glad to hear you enjoyed the home otherwise!

Fall break

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

Our family had a great time in Watercolor. It was easy to get to Camp Watercolor thanks to the golf cart and bikes. Kids loved the lazy river. They also loved the house shape bunk bed and now I need to find one for our house. Thanks for letting us enjoy this gorgeous home.

Great house
