Perfection!

An immaculately decorated home in the perfect location on a quiet and quaint street right in the heart of Watercolor. This was by far our favorite home that we have stayed in on 30a. The upstairs is perfect for kids and my 8 year old daughter couldn’t wait to get back up there every night to sleep. The home has such an open and inviting feel but also very cozy. The mattresses are awesome and you can’t beat the location. Easy walk to Watercolor beach club as well as Seaside. Enjoyed every second of this wonderful trip!

Superb “Southern Living Show Stopper”

The finishes on this unit seem to be furnished with no budget. Whomever built and finished this unit spent a tremendous amount of money to be comfortable in this space. My only concern is I hope it to be available upon my return.

Love this house. It feels like a retreat at a glamorous beach house in another time. The design is stunning. The house had everything we needed, including great bikes. My dog loved it too! Being so close to the park and Seaside was a hit with everyone.

Gorgeous

I have never stayed in a prettier Watercolor home. The porch is perfect and now I want to build a similar one at my own home. We walked or took the bikes everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable too. We want to come back soon!

Stunning & Great Location

Property was amazing. Only downside was that the bedrooms on the 1st floor outside of the master were extremely small and did not have space to put your things or even hang a towel in the bathroom. We had 2 people sharing those rooms so it was tight. Pictures don't show how small they are. Fine for one person.

Decades of FUN!

We celebrated a 50th and 60th Birthday at Something's Gotta Give. There was space for everyone to be together and have personal time. The close location to the Watercolor Beach Club and all the shops and dining was ideal. Already planning our return trip!

Exceptional Property - Perfect Vacation

This beautiful home exceeded all expectations (and those expectations were high!). Our party of 8 felt like honored guests in this lovely and comfortable space. The amenities of the Watercolor neighborhood were all icing on the cake: Beach Club! Lake Club! Bikes provided! Walking distance to lots of fun at Seaside! Very Good. Everybody in our party enjoyed their stay and liked the property. Very clean and very well decorated. The only issues we had was some electrical outlets that did not work and a lock on the master bedroom door jammed and we had to craw through a bedroom window to get the lock unjammed for some kids locked in the room.

Nice stay

The house was adorable and well designed. Wish there were a few more amenities like beach towels, tissues, and more dish and washing machine detergent. The Wi-Fi did not work in the back of the house. The only tv that got regular cable television was the main bedroom.

We loved this house! Beautifully decorated. Room for everyone. The owners have thought of everything. Lots of storage room for clothes and suitcases. Front porch is great for relaxing or morning/evening reading and conversation. The cleaning crew does a FANTASTIC job. It was spotless. Rental management company has excellent communication and response time—best we’ve ever dealt with. The upstairs can get a bit warm so be sure to use the ceiling fan and any other fans. Would definitely book again.

We had a great time at this house! I’m mainly leaving this review for 2 reasons- 1, location is key and you can’t beat this location and 2, the beds in this house are awesome. I dread rental home beds but this was great and the bedding was fresh and clean! Would definitely rent this house and from Exclusive 30a again.

Our stay at Somethings Gotta Give in WC was perfect.
The house was in an optimal location and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs. The covered front porch was a delight to hang out on as the temps were perfect. The home itself was charming and well-maintained and the mattresses were extremely comfortable.
We did not have any issues and booking through Richard with the reservations team was a wonderful experience as our booking needs were attended to in an expedient and thoughtful manner.
I would highly recommend this rental at WC.

Fun Spot!

We loved our stay in Watercolor at Something's Gotta Give. The location was great for biking/walking, and we actually used the Seaside beach more than the Watercolor beach because of proximity. We loved biking and walking around Seaside.

The house itself was lovely, and well laid-out for a large family. My baby was able to use the master closet as a little room, and my toddler slept in the room with us, which worked well. The rest of the family was comfortable in the other rooms. The upstairs "sleeping" porch was sort of unusable because it was so hot and humid (and the curtains really kept the air in). But we had to keep the curtains closed on the porch to keep the light out of the master bedroom (the curtains in there didn't close).

The condition of the house was good, although there were a few things that were broken (several burners in the kitchen, side lamps in the bedroom, door knobs stuck, etc.). There is no mirror in the downstairs half-bath which was a little weird to me for some reason.

My only "complaint" if you can call it that was the TV situation--it is a really small TV, and in a terrible spot to be able to see. Also you can't pull it out and swivel it for the whole room to view. We actually rearranged the couches to be able to watch a little better, but it was still really difficult to see. We're not huge TV watchers, and our vacation wasn't centered around TV in the least, but it still would've been nice to have been able to gather around the World Cup games going on, or watch a movie together in the evening. This wasn't really possible with the current set-up.

Otherwise, the house was really lovely and we had a marvelous time! Thank you!!!

Dated, bikes rusted and bent up. Not enough. Basic appointments such as trash bags unavailable. Shower in one bedroom did not work appropriately. House and porch were extrenely worn. Needs to be sprayed for bugs and spiders

We really enjoyed our stay here over Spring Break 2014. Everything was just great. We had many meals in the breakfast/living room and played games with two other families. The patio porch area could have been cleaner and ready for use with seasonal plantings but the owner did us a favor in renting this house to us so early in the season. We will return!

Overall, a comfortable stay and an easy home to entertain quests. The cable TV selection was very lacking. I would recommend moving the king bed in the upstairs bedroom with no closet to the downstairs bedroom with the double sinks, thus offering this home as having two masters.

Home Away from Home

We stayed for a girl's trip to celebrate a 50th birthday. This property was beautiful, even better then the pictures. Very roomy and beds very comfortable. The trail behind the house was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Update electronics

in my opinion the tvs and dvd players need to be updated to reflect the price we paid. When 8 people are trying to watch tv in the den it was almost impossible to see the screen. I would recommend flat screens of a large size and blu ray players in den. The bedroom I slept in did not have a tv at all!

Nice Place to Stay

This property is next to the Nature Trail which does mean people walk and bike past throughout the day but that didn't seem much of a privacy invasion. The Nature Trail is lovely and very helpful for moving around Watercolor. The house is well decorated and well supplied.
