Very nice rental with easy access to the beach and restaurants of Seaside. Clean, comfortable and well appointed unit with all the charm of a cottage.

My family was super happy with the space. Super close to the beach. Super convenient and close to city center. Every we needed was available. Would book again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I stayed in Spice for a week and had a wonderful get away! The carriage house is the perfect size for two people. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom small but had shelf space and hooks to accommodate all our toiletries, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the full size refrigerator a bonus. The location was very close to the beach and the square. I would highly recommend this carriage house for a stay for two!

We loved this unit. The location is fantastic - close to the action in Seaside (three blocks), but far enough not to be noisy. It is a two-minute walk to the private beach, with easy, gated access. We like the beaches on Seaside's Eastern side because there's more space for private chairs, than some of the areas on the Western side. The unit also is two blocks from the private Seaside fitness center and one of the Seaside pools.

The unit is well-provisioned and clean. We loved having a full-size refrigerator/freezer, especially in a unit this size. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed, except wine glasses and a working blender. But Exclusive 30A quickly brought a new blender and wine glasses. The washer/dryer also is a great plus. The outdoor grill is in good condition and there's adequate outdoor lighting to see while grilling in the evening. It also was nice having an outdoor shower to banish the sand before we went inside.

The bedroom is small, but well furnished with enough drawers for storage. The closet could use some additional hangars, but we failed to request them. The bed was comfortable enough.

The bathroom is small, but well-lit, and it has plenty of hooks and shelves, which helped with toiletry storage. The shower is tight, but it has fantastic water pressure and was very clean. There also is a full-length mirror on the inside of the washer/dryer closet door.

The only shortcoming was the unit had a muted odor of cigarette smoke. Clearly some inconsiderate renters have smoked inside at some point. While we noticed the odor whenever we returned to the unit, our sense of smell adjusted after a few minutes to the point where we didn't notice it. In fairness to Exclusive 30A, we didn't mention this issue, as we assumed there was little they could do to mitigate against it while we were in residence.

Overall, this is a great unit which we would rent again.

Property is great for 2 people; 1 block walk to the ocean - 4 blocks to the main square. Property management company was immediate responsive in replacing a toaster that went bad

Seaside 1 BR cottage rental. Charming, romantic and perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple. Great location! Loved it. Enjoyed Seaside School run, the beach and Great Southern Cafe. Did NOT enjoy Bud and Alley’s....awful gumbo and service ��
