The first level is home to 3 bedrooms, a laundry area, 2 full baths, 2 of the bedrooms have access to the rear porch and a path to the community pool steps away. The stairwell opens to the second level offering a large living/dining room with an abundance of natural light from the oversized windows lining the walls. A large balcony runs the entire width of the home where you'll enjoy evening sunsets and the gulf breeze while revisiting the fun events of the day. The second level also boasts a large bedroom with en-suite as a second master. You'll find the primary king suite encompassing the entire 3rd level with amazing gulf views. One-minute stroll to boutiques and restaurants in beloved Rosemary Beach.

Area Construction - Due to the outstanding beaches along 30A, our area is getting more popular each year. Along with this comes a demand for housing, restaurants, etc. and projects in the communities. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

Perfect getaway!

We had a blast at this rental! It was beautiful and in a great location. We rented a golf cart but didn’t need to because it was an easy walk to beach and pool and to downtown Rosemary area. Not a bad thing, but we did have two toddlers under the age of 3, so the bunk beds are high and ladders are not removable. once they got over the thrill of being able to climb to the top it was all good, but just a note of you have young kids! Overall 10/10 experience!

Wonderful End of Summer Beach Week

We loved our stay at Sunshine and Fresh Air. The floor plan of the house was perfect for our family. The large family room was a plus. We have stayed at other houses on this street and this was the best common area for a large group. The house was clean and well maintained. A convenient walk to the beach and the pool. We love this location because it is walking distance to Rosemary, but the beach is much less crowded. My only recommendation to make it even better is to add comfortable seating for the balcony porch so that area could be enjoyed more.

We loved it!

We took our whole family and loved it. Location was amazing. So close to pool and beach! House was amazing. The only inconvenience was they only have one regular size refrigerator in entire house. We had 14 people in the house, it created an issue with space in frig. But we brought a huge Yeti cooler and kept extra ice in it, and it worked. We will definitely go back. Exclusive 30a was wonderful to work with!!

We loved everything about this home! Location was perfect! Beach access was so close. Easy walk or bike ride to Rosemary (loved the bikes that were provided!) Clean, had everything we needed, great layout, comfortable beds. Neighborhood pool was perfect (felt private). Just be sure to get out to the beach early in the morning to secure your spot on busy days (during Memorial Day weekend we had to secure our spot by 5:30am)

We would definitely stay here again with our group of 15!

Steps to the Beach!

This house is across the street from the beach with easy access to a beautiful quiet beach on 30a. The home had great beach views from the balconies where surf conditions and warning flags were easily in view to help plan your day. The house was clean and spacious, with a nice kitchen to prepare meals and a gas grill which we used almost every night. When we didn’t want to cook we walked or biked to Rosemary Beach just a few blocks away. The rental agency was also helpful with additional activity recommendations. All in all a wonderful home with fantastic location. We would definitely recommend this home and will be back to stay again!

Sunshine and Fresh Air

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Very modern with upscale furnishings. I really appreciated how the house sleeps. Kids all downstairs and adults up. The private beach to this community is RIGHT across the street. I’d say you are on sand from the front door in 25 steps. I will most definitely stay here again. Oh and great shopping and dinning one block over from house.
