The outdoor spaces leave nothing left to desire w/ a cozy screened porch that opens to a deck + private dip pool, all overlooking the beauty of Western Lake. The first of 2 lakefront king suites is also located on the 1st level featuring stunning ensuite w/ oversized shower, separate soaking tub, dual vanities, and custom closets.

The 3rd floor provides the ultimate space for fun w/ large living area, wet bar, and a sun deck overlooking the lake. Just steps from the pedestrian bridge to the WaterColor Town Center and the Sand Hill community swimming pool, the location of this home provides privacy yet convenience to amenities.

Great house!

Great house, nice and clean and well kept. It was a great location to the Beach Club just across the bridge. Kids loved the ice machine, foosball table and the elevator.Has 5 bikes and a golf cart that we used. Lots of space for a large group with many get away places in the house. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home!

Our overall stay at The Gold Standard was amazing! The property was top notch and location unbeatable. It felt like staying at a high end resort and overall the home had everything we needed.
A few suggestions/disappointments were that for this price of a rental, some of the "little things" were cheap such as quality of toilet paper (probably the thinnest we have ever used) and 2 rolls per bath, no extra trashliners for the kitchen, 2 Finish dishwasher tabs, minimal kitchen towels, things like this. It was probably one of the lowest stocked homes we have stayed in when it came to these things and for this price and size of rental, we didn't feel it should have been on us to purchase a full package of dishwasher detergent, trash liners, toilet paper and so on to just have to throw out at the end of our stay.
Other than this though, the management team was prompt with a few questions/issues we had with the fireplace and pool and our overall stay was great!

Nice Stay

Very Nice House and even better location. Large with multiple (very large) bedrooms. Main living area a little small and cut up, but other than that --one of the best houses in Watercolor. Pool light timer stayed on all nite, sending multi-color light show into the master bedroom windows. Reported it, but was never fixed whole staying at the house for a week.

Watercolor Gold Standard

Our home was very well appointed and beautiful both inside and out. I'm not certain it's a 'Gold Standard' but it's a very nice home. The bunk room is part of one of the master rooms - the photos made us think it was separate not attached so only works if you're okay to share a room w/ kids in bunk room. The downstairs Master and bath were lovely w/ lot's of space. The pool is really a dipping pool. I'd suggest w/ the price of these types of homes they come w/ extra paper towels and extra dish soap, and trash bag liners. Too much money to have to go out and purchase that for a 22k home. Also would appreciate being able to get housekeeping mid-week during a 7 week stay. We inquired but were told it was not possible.

Very pleased with our stay

My family and I had a great stay at The Gold Standard. The home has lots of space. It's updated and upgraded at every turn. The mattress in our room was as comfortable as any five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. It might even be more comfortable than my mattress at home. Housekeeping and maintenance staff should be commended. It's a lot to take care of and they did a great job. We had an issue with one of the bicycles but the management company sent someone out to fix it right away. Everything was as described and pictured. We were very pleased with the home and service. Thank you.

Best Vacation Rental We've Ever Stayed In

We've stayed in quite a few 30a rentals over the years and there's always something to criticize. This one was practically perfect. Everyone loved their room and having their own bathroom. With 9 people, there was plenty of space. We made use of the golf cart and 5 bicycles that were included with our reservation. We paid to heat the pool so we could use it when it got cold at night. I highly recommend doing so if you visit in April.

There's no place like The Gold Standard on 30a

We just returned from a week on 30a where we stayed in this vacation rental. It is exquisite from top to bottom, like a clean, bright canvas with colorful, artistic touches. Every room is unique and beautiful. It backs up to the lake with a soothing view that you can only get in Watercolor. The dip pool is a nice feature, although we did not get a chance to use it. As far as the basics, the kitchen had all the essentials, the home was clean, and the management company communicated well before and during our stay.

The Best Vacation Stay Ever!!!

This is the best stay that I have at at 30A! The house is so beautiful and is located perfectly, we loved walking to dinner at the wine bar and having a pool to relax if we wanted to stay at the house! Will definitely come back for more fun! Recommend to everyone!

Awesome Watercolor Home

This house was incredible. It was so beautifully furnished and extremely spacious and comfortable. We stayed here for spring break with two other families and didn't feel on top of each other. The house was only a five-minute walk to downtown watercolor but the golf cart was also a nice amenity to have. The house sits on a lake and the sunsets at night are gorgeous. I highly recommend this house, it's unlike any other.

First Time Renter

We always stay in the lake district but this was our first time staying in this home. It was magnificent. The rooms were stylish, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing. It is right next to the bridge so we could walk and bike everywhere very easily. We've already booked it again for our summer trip.

What a great name for a vacation home. The home is spacious and comfortable. We loved the modern and stylish interior design. While we were here, we enjoyed the Beach Club, Boathouse and YOLO boarding on Western Lake. It was everything we needed and more.
