We had a great week. There were a few minor maintenance issues but the management company took care of them right away. We enjoyed all the places around the house to hang out-the pool, the porches, the fire pit. My only suggestion would be that for the amount you pay to stay in Watercolor, it would be nice to get more than one roll of toilet paper per
Bathroom and more than 1-2 trash bags. It would not cost much at all to provide more than “starter” supplies. We loved the beach club and the ocean as well as Camp Watercolor. The included golf cart was a plus! We had a one year old with us and the space worked well for her.

Our first time in Watercolor. The pictures don't do this home justice! Great location and loved the amenities in the community. A couple of small issues, but the management team responded quickly and were very friendly. We would definitely stay again!

We will be coming back time and time again. Absolutely loved Seaside, Watercolor, and the property we were staying at for the week. The bikes and Golf Cart were the highlight as we enjoyed taking both all over the property and to dinner nightly. The beach was such a close bike ride too. We highly recommend this property.

First off, Exclusive 30A was great to work with for our rental experience. There was an issue with the first property we reserved, and their team made sure to find us an alternate property that suited our needs. The house was beautiful. Lovely furnishings and decor. The new pool addition was perfect for the kids, and Camp Watercolor is only a short walk away. The golf cart and bikes that are available with the rental make access to the beach and other amenities very convenient. My only suggestion for improvement is that the house needs to provide more towels and stock the kitchen better—more dishes, cookware, glasses, etc.

My husband and I stayed here with our teenage daughter and 4 of her friends for spring break. This spacious home gave us plenty of room for entertaining and separate hang out spaces. The beautiful master on the main and comfortable furniture in the living room and on the screened in porch was perfect for us. The girls loved having a large master upstairs with daybeds so they could all sleep in one room. The upstairs living space was comfortable and teen-friendly and had a great porch swing on the screened in balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, and crock pot and lots of comfortable seating around the dining table and at the bar. The outdoor kitchen in the screened room made it easy to grill even in rainy weather. Please note that 4 of the bikes are regular beach cruiser bikes and two are adult mountain bikes that are only suitable for very tall people. The house is in a great location in a quiet cul-de-sac and very close to two of the Watercolor pools. The house is also in walking distance of the Publix. We loved this beautiful home and will definitely rent it again!

The house was clean and well decorated. Lots of space to spread out and great location within Watercolor.
