Welcome to YOLO! Only two minutes from Camp Watercolor, our newest Lake District home is where designer style and vacation comfort merge for the ultimate in Watercolor splendor. Newly redecorated and very spacious floor plan. Easily get to anywhere in Watercolor either by bike or golf cart.

*Nightly and Weekly Rates available with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation. You will be contacted within 24 hours of booking request to confirm reservation request or provided alternative. *

YOLO Features
- Private pool with sundeck, lounge chairs, and Solar pool umbrellas - pool can be heated for an additional fee October through April
- Complimentary use of 5 bikes
- Complimentary use of a 6 seater golf cart - only for use within Watercolor to get to the neighborhood amenities. Cart is not allowed to leave Watercolor.
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- 2 Minute bike ride to Camp Watercolor
- 1 Minute bike ride to Sand Hill park and pool

A wonderful trip!

This home is just an amazing property! Great spaces for all, 4 KINGS (rare), lots of room to all be together at once. From the spacious and open living/dining/kitchen to the screened porch and poolside seating with umbrellas, there is always room for all. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked in a lot. Location is great in that it is a very short walk to either the Frog Pool or Camp Watercolor. The golf cart and bikes mean the beach club is just minutes away also. We loved this rental and have been coming to 30A for years.

Review of Yolo

It was ready on time, and clean when we arrived. It was a beautiful home. Plenty of seating to eat for our group of 12. The pool was much smaller than it seemed in the picture, but it was clean and good to cool off in. There was very little storage for pantry items. The upstairs AC went out, but the maintenance man was amazing in how hard he worked to get window units in that same day. It was back working the next day.

3 generations and plenty of room for all

We had a tall order to fill with our vacation rental. Our family of 12 has a handicapped grandfather, 3 adult siblings that all wanted the “good” bedroom & 4 teenagers that needed their own space. This house fit the bill and then some. We used the pool almost daily, cooked several meals at home, grilled burgers and enjoyed some tropical storms on the screened porch. There were a few issues we had for a house in this price range (rusty dishwasher, bad laundry room layout, lack of stemware & no pantry storage) but overall it was a great house and would definitely stay there again with one caveat. We wouldn’t want a “courtesy” golf cart that couldn’t leave WC, but then also not be allowed to rent another one that could due to HOA restrictions.

Great home, layout, porch and pool

February Break

We had a great getaway in Watercolors. This was our second time staying in this wonderful home. Everything was great with just a few little hiccups which management took care of right away. Home is beautiful, very well maintained and pool is an extra plus. One of the nicest and easiest management companies we have had the pleasure in working with.

Watercolor house in fantastic location

Great house in fantastic location. Comfortable and clean home. The only weird creepy thing about the house is the cameras in carport and pool area.

Oh, no! Nobody intends for the cameras to be creepy, but we're glad you enjoyed the home! Sometimes homeowners choose to live in their home during certain parts of the season and rent to guests in other seasons. This is part of their personal home security, but I will definitely move the concern along!

Loyal Renters

Fabulous

Such a big, beautiful rental. Both of the screened-in lounges were great spots to relax and the bottom one overlooks the pool so we could watch the kids swim. We had complimentary access to a golf cart and some bikes so it was very convenient to get all around Watercolor. Gorgeous interior design work all throughout the place. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean.

Perfect place to stay

The property was everything we expected. It was clean and well maintained. The back porch and pool deck felt very private and peaceful. Having the bikes and golf cart made it so easy to get around to all of the Watercolor amenities. We had a great vacation here and will definitely do it again!

Relaxing Oasis

We had 3 families enjoying spring break together in this beautiful home. It was so spacious and well equipped. The owners were very responsive to any issues that came up and the handyman was super friendly. The house is bigger than it appears in the photos and we never felt crowded. Having the pool heated was a major bonus and we used it and the golf cart a ton. The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would highly recommend staying at Yolo again. Location was also perfect and the grocery store was even walkable. The shortcut trails through the woods show up on GPS so every outing was beautiful! Lots of comments on the house from all of our party and everyone had an amazing time!

We're happy to accommodate larger groups and excited that everyone loved their stay! We hope to see you all again soon!

Perfect House

This was the perfect house for our family to enjoy Watercolor. The home was larger than I anticipated and we loved the screened in porch. We spent as much time out there as possible while the kids enjoyed the heated pool. The golf cart was great to get to Camp and the beach.
