This vacation spot offers the ideal blend of comfort and style, with stunning Gulf views that provide the perfect backdrop for your beachside getaway.
The open concept living area features beautiful views of the Gulf waters and is filled with natural light thanks to the glass sliding doors which lead to a covered patio. Natural light bathes the living room in warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere. Floor to ceiling curtains are available when it’s time to sink into the comfortable sofa for your post beach nap. Sign into your favorite streaming services on the Smart TV to enjoy family movie night.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and an island perfect for casual dining or entertaining. The spacious setup allows multiple people to cook together, as well as setup buffet style serving. The Gulf view will continue to inspire you as you enjoy the well-stocked kitchen to whip up family favorite recipes and local seafood.
Each bedroom is designed with relaxation in mind, offering plush bedding and ample storage. A Queen Guest Room includes a private entrance to the Gulf facing covered patio along with an electric fireplace. A private workspace with desk is available in the bunk room and offers a quiet place for any remote work that needs to be accomplished before enjoying the sunshine. All bedrooms are setup with TVs and closet storage.
Step outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze on the expansive deck or take a short stroll to the nearby beach access. For added convenience, the home comes with 4 taxi bikes, making it easy to explore the beautiful neighborhood, local shops, and dining spots along scenic 30A.
Don’t forget your pet loves vacations too! We welcome up to 2 well-trained dogs, 60 pounds or less, with your reservation. We do ask you let us know if you wish to bring your pet and you pay a non-refundable pet fee. Any unauthorized pets may result in fines and possible eviction without refund. Please note that dogs are not allowed on beaches per county ordinances. Local dog parks are available and the 30A walking paths are a great way to explore 30A with your pup.
30A Ahh Relax is located close to shopping and dining while offering the peaceful solitude of a charming home in Dune Allen. Truly the best of both worlds! Walk to Stinky's Bait Shack for Sunrise Happy Hour and Cherry Coffee Roasters coffee from New Orleans. Pick up a fishing license and bait for beach fishing while you are there. Set up your fishing pole at the nearby Dune Allen Beach Access or Fort Panic Beach Access! Take a bike ride down 30A to shopping and dining at Gulf Place, including top rated Shunk Gulley and The Perfect Pig. Walmart and Publix are less than 10 minutes away for groceries and beach supplies. And don't forget Topsail State Park is only 5 minutes away for family adventures.

- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, and non-aggressive breeds only. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.

Area Construction - Our area is getting more popular each year! There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
