• LSV (Golf Cart) and Bikes: Get around in style and convenience with the included 6-seater LSV (golf cart) and 7 taxi bikes. Whether you’re cruising to the beach or exploring the local area, it’s all at your fingertips. Must sign waiver for access to the LSV (golf cart).
• Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends along to enjoy the beach and outdoor spaces. Up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, non-aggressive breeds are allowed with prior approval from Exclusive 30A and payment on a non-refundable pet fee
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is a dream, featuring high-end appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare family meals or entertain guests. Keurig and drip coffee maker available
