The designer interiors are as comfortable as they are chic, and this location is difficult to beat. Walk out of the 1st floor, one-story condo onto Cerulean Park. This beautifully landscaped park is one of the most cherished locations in Watercolor. You can hear the famous fountain from the screened-in porch!
Nestled on Cerulean Park you will be thrilled to feed your need for relaxation at this wonderful condo. Only 2 blocks to the Watercolor Beach Club, 2 blocks to the Boathouse Pool, and near shopping and dining, you may never need to get in your car while still being able to enjoy the best Watercolor and 30A has to offer. Walk to the Beach Club in 400 footsteps! Access included with your reservation as well as access to Camp Watercolor and all other community pools.

- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee
Area Construction - Our area is getting more popular each year! There is ongoing construction nearby the condo. Additional community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community are ongoing. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***Pets are welcome with prior approval by Exclusive 30A. Please request your pet’s stay at time of reservation. Payment of our non-refundable pet fee must be paid at time of approval.***
