Perfectly located in the middle of Seaside, Just for Fun 2 is a wonderfully comfortable and chic cottage for your family to enjoy the best of 30A. You can't beat this location - 1 minute walk to shopping and dining in Seaside Square, 3 minute walk to the beach, and 2 minute walk to multiple pools and the fitness center. The cottage is FOUR houses away from Seaside Town Center and 1 block to Ruskin Place Park.

While you will be close to the sights and hotspots of Seaside, Just for Fun 2 also offers a peaceful escape from the crowds. Enjoy the fenced in backyard with outdoor dining and summer kitchen under the pergola. The top floor features a deluxe covered balcony with outdoor dining, outdoor sectional sofa, and a ceiling fan. The private outdoor spaces are an oasis after a day at the beach and pool.
The cottage features a full kitchen, dining, and living room on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to enjoy cooking or whipping up snacks. Plus there is enough room for multiple helpers to assist with meal prep! The living room includes comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV when it is time to wind down. Just for Fun 2 is perfect for your crew to come together and make memories to last a lifetime.
There is a detached main home on the other side of the courtyard. If you would like to add the main home, which sleeps 12 in 5 suites, please ask for details.

There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects
