Our Happy Place will soon become your happy place! Our gorgeous home is perfectly located in the East side of Seaside, and a stone’s throw to the Adult Pool, playground, Croquet Lawn, Family Pool, the Fitness Center, and Tennis Center. Plus you can bike to the Tupelo Beach Access is one minute! You will love exploring Seaside and 30A on the complimentary Taxi bikes. The designer interiors of crisp white are offset with blues and tans, reminding you of the blue waters of the nearby Gulf.
Four well-appointed suites include en suite access to full baths, cotton towels and linens, comfortable mattresses and pillows, TVs, and room darkening shades. The main living area on the first floor includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace and TV, plus covered patio with cushioned seating set. Floor to ceiling drapes offer more privacy or keep them open to bath the room in warm natural light.
A family vacation isn't complete without your beloved pup. Our Happy Place is pet-friendly for up to two dogs, 60 pounds or under, non-aggressive breeds only and payment of a non-refundable pet fee. (Must be approved prior to arrival by Exclusive 30A. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction without refund).
Our Happy Place Features:

- 1 Min Bike Ride to Tupelo Street beach access. Access to this private Seaside entrance is included with your reservation
- Less than 100 yards to the Seaside Adult Pool and Seaside Family Pool. Access included with your reservation
- 30 second walk to Seaside Fitness Center. Access included with your reservation.
- 75 yards from Seaside Playground and Croquet Lawn
- 1 Min bike ride to Seaside Tennis and Pickleball courts. Recommend making reservations as soon as possible prior to arrival.
- 1 Min bike ride to shopping and dining in the center of Seaside
- Complimentary Use of 4 Taxi Bikes included with your reservation. Bikes are serviced regularly to keep them in top shape.

- Beach service available through Cabana Man. Recommend reserving seats as soon as possible
- Concierge services including grocery delivery, baby equipment rentals, and additional bike rentals available.
- Golf cart rentals are restricted in Seaside. Medical exceptions may be provided by the HOA on a very limited basis.
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

- 2nd Floor King Suite 1: TV, private balcony with cushioned bench swing and rocking chairs, en suite bath with soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-door walk-in shower
- 2nd Floor Queen Suite: TV, private Juliette balcony, en suite bath with shower/tub combo
- 3rd Floor King Suite 2: TV, sleeps up to 4 in a king bed plus twin daybed and twin trundle, en suite bath with soaking tub, and glass-door walk in shower
- 3rd Floor Bunk Suite: sleeps up to 4 in two Twin/Twin Bunks, built in ladder and guard rail for top bunks, adjacent to den with flat screen TV, en suite bath with shower/tub combo
