This gorgeous estate-style home is situated in the Park District of the Watercolor community (a prime location at the front of the neighborhood), making for easy and quick access to Watercolor's numerous amenity offerings - the Watercolor Beach Club is less than a quarter of a mile, the Boathouse is just around the corner, and Camp Watercolor, is a few minutes away - just to name a few!

- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, and non-aggressive breeds only. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.

- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee
