- 1 min. bike ride to Watercolor Frog Pool and Sandhill Park
- 3 min. bike ride to Camp Watercolor. Access to this incredible water park with lazy river, water slides, food and beverage service, towel service, and multiple pools is included with your reservation
- Two King Suites on the 1st floor. Perfect if you are traveling with grandparents
- Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a Thermador refrigerator
- Dining area with seating for 8 plus breakfast bar seating for 4

- Community pools are heated during cooler months and provide towel service at the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor (subject to change by the neighborhood and no refunds are available if pools are not heated or towel service is discontinued)
- Concierge services including grocery delivery, beach service, baby equipment rentals, and more available
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
