Upon entering, you're greeted by an airy and light-filled living area adorned with coastal-inspired decor. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining guests or spending quality time with loved ones. Plush sofas invite you to unwind while large windows offer glimpses of the lush greenery outside.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample cabinet space, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet feast, this kitchen has everything you need. A charming breakfast bar provides additional seating for casual meals or morning coffee.

- Complimentary Use of a 6-seater golf cart for use within Watercolor only. Must sign a waiver and be a licensed/insured driver to operate

- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, and non-aggressive breeds only. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- 1 min. bike ride to Watercolor Frog Pool and Sandhill Park
- 3 min. bike ride to Camp Watercolor. Access to this incredible water park with lazy river, water slides, food and beverage service, towel service, and multiple pools is included with your reservation
- Two King Suites on the 1st floor. Perfect if you are traveling with grandparents
- Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a Thermador refrigerator
- Dining area with seating for 8 plus breakfast bar seating for 4

Area Construction - Our area is getting more popular each year! There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
