Stunning home in the popular Lake District of WaterColor, professionally designed and perfect for families. The elegant gourmet kitchen has marble countertops, Viking Professional appliances, Dual refrigerators, Dual ovens, and an oversized pantry. The open concept great room, dining and kitchen offers 12' ceilings, abundant windows and opens onto a large, screened porch.
The bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully prepared for an upscale slumber. With king suites and TWO bunk rooms, there is plenty of room for the family to spread out. Enjoy slipping into the cotton bedding and towels provided.
You will also love all the private outdoor spaces. There is an expansive covered side porch with Adirondack seating plus a screened-in front porch with an outdoor sofa and dining table for 6. The 2nd floor king suite has a private screened-in balcony with comfortable seating – perfect for morning meditations and evening chats before bedtime.
A family vacation isn’t complete without your furry loved one. We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs, 45 pounds or less with prior approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee. There are great greenspaces and walking trails to explore with your fur baby.
Watchtower Walk Features
- Complimentary Use of 6-Seater Golf Cart. For use within WaterColor only (some restrictions apply). Must sign a waiver for access to the cart
- Access to 5 Taxi Bikes. The bikes are services regularly to keep them in top shape for adventures.
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- 1 Min bike ride or golf cart ride to the Frog Pool and Sandhill Park
- 3 Min bike ride or golf cart ride to Camp WaterColor. This must visit destination offers a lazy river, zero entry pool, waterslides, and snack bar
-4 Min bike ride to the WaterColor Beach Club if you take the bike path over Western Lake
- Chefs Kitchen with Viking range, dual ovens, two refrigerators, warming drawer, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and wine fridge
- Screened-in front porch with dining and cushioned seating
- Open air side porch with seating
- High Efficiency Washer/Dryer in 1st floor laundry room
- Office nook adjacent to kitchen with built in desk and chair
- Cable and WIFI available
- Watchtower with 365 Degree Views of WaterColor - accessed via spiral staircase
- Driveway parking for 3 vehicles
- Access to WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and community pools included for 10 guests ages 5 and older. Community pools heated during cooler months and towel service available at most pools (subject to change by the neighborhood)
- Concierge services available, including additional bike rentals, grocery delivery, beach service, and a private chef experience
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee
