After a day of sun-soaked adventures, retreat to one of the four cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. From plush bedding to stylish furnishings, every detail has been carefully curated to ensure a restful night's sleep. All rooms include cotton bedding and towels.
Outside, you'll find a private backyard oasis, complete with a landscaped fenced-in yard and a spacious fire pit area perfect for making memories while enjoying the famous 30A weather in your private retreat. And with the beach just a 1-minute bike ride away, you'll have easy access to endless days of sand, surf, and seaside fun.

- Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs, 50 pounds or under, lightly shedding only. Must get approval from Exclusive 30A prior to arrival and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Any unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.
- Complimentary use of 4 Taxi Bikes, serviced regularly to ensure they are in top shape for your stay
- Complimentary use of a 6-seater golf cart from La Dolce Vita. Must sign a waiver and be a licensed/insured driver 25 years or older to operate.
- 2 Min bike ride to San Roy beach access (one of the rare beach entrances where the coastal dune lakes flow into the Gulf), and 4 min golf cart drive to the Walton Dunes Beach Access w parking available
