- Private pool with sundeck, lounge chairs, and Solar pool umbrellas - pool can be heated for an additional fee October through April
- Complimentary use of 5 bikes, serviced regularly to ensure they are top shape for your arrival
- Complimentary use of a 6-seater golf cart - only for use within Watercolor to get to the neighborhood amenities. Cart is not allowed to leave Watercolor.
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, non-aggressive breeds only. Pets not allowed in the private pool. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.
- 2-Minute bike ride to Camp Watercolor, with lazy river, multiple pools, water slides, cantina, and towel services (subject to availability by the HOA)
- 1-Minute bike ride to Sand Hill park and pool
