The chic and comfortable interiors flow into over 1,600 square feet of outdoor space. Each floor has multiple seating areas and special features, including a fireplace, dining, and outdoor TV. Your crew can relax the day away in your private resort!
Natural beauty and relaxation go together in Blue Mountain Beach. This beach neighborhood draws its name from the blue lupine flowers that sway in the coastal breeze and the fact that the area is home to South Walton’s highest elevation (a mountainous 65 feet)! Hop on a bike and make your way to the art gallery of renowned sculptural painter, Justin Gaffrey. Even before you enter, you’ll catch glimpses of his unique style on full display.
The home featured a total of 9 Suites. You will have access to 6 suites at a special price. The remaining suites will be locked off and unavailable during your stay. Let us know if you need more bedrooms as there is a larger option available for an additional fee.

- Beachside 30A! It’s a short 3 min stroll or 1 min bike ride to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access
- Large Private Pool which can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October to April. Must be ordered in advance of your arrival as it does take at least 24 hours for the pool to reach the optimal temp of 83-85 degrees
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.
- Access to a 6-Seater Golf cart. Must be a licensed/insured driver and sign a waiver for access to the cart
- Fenced in pool area with AstroTurf landscaping
- Private elevator which travels to floors 1- 3. Adult use only. Please ask for details regarding mobility considerations for anyone in your group.
