Welcome to Blue Heaven! Decorated by our team of professional designers, this charming four-bedroom home is the chic beach retreat for which you have been searching. Facing one of two neighborhood community pools and 200 footsteps to the sand! Great location in a quiet neighborhood and a lovely bike ride to Seaside.
The main living area is featured on the second floor, including a living room, dining area, balcony, and full-size kitchen. A plush sectional sofa faces the SmartTV. An inviting dining table is available for evening meals with adjoining breakfast bar seating for additional guests. A powder room is available as is a private balcony with seating. Can't you feel the Gulf breezes from here?
A king suite and guest room with sleeping for 2 in twin bunks are located on the third floor. The en suite renovated spa bath includes a dual vanity sink, modern soaking tub, and large walk-in shower. A comfortable seating area and private balcony finish the grand suite.
Blue Heaven Features
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, and non-aggressive breeds only. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges and possibly eviction.

- Access to 2 community pools - Chelsea Loop pool is only 70 footsteps from the home and Ryan Street Pool is heated during cooler months (Subject to change by the neighborhood and refunds are not available should the community pool not be heated during your stay)

- 4-minute stroll to the Eastern Lake Beach Access, one of the rare locations in the world where a brackish lake flows into the Gulf. Sunsets at this location are spectacular
- 2-minute bike ride to Greenway Station, with great shopping and dining including Free People, Turbo Coffee, and Canopy Road Café
- 2-minute bike ride to The Perfect Pig, a top recommended restaurant on 30A
- 12-minute bike ride to shopping, entertainment, and dining in Seaside, or shopping, dining, and entertainment at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub)

Area Construction - Due to the outstanding beaches and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more popular each year. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
