- Professional Cleaning: Slipcovered furniture is cleaned regularly, and we have a Clean Rental Pledge for all our homes. At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
