Whether you're heading to nearby Gulf Place for shopping and dining or embarking on a scenic bike ride along 30A, these complimentary amenities are the perfect way to get around and soak in the beauty of your surroundings. We recommend you check out nearby Oyster Lake and Draper Lake, rare coastal lakes that flows into the Gulf. 30A has some of the only spring water fed coastal lakes that flow into the sea, making them an incredible rare ecosystem to visit and one of the only places on earth with this phenomenon.

- Private Pool with fenced-in pool area. Can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October - April
- Pool deck also features outdoor dining, a propane grill, and poolside lounge chairs
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, non-aggressive breeds only. Must get approval from Exclusive 30a prior to arrival and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction
- Beach service provided with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas for reservations March through October
- Courtesy Use of a 6-seater golf cart serviced by La Dolce Vita. Must be at least 25, sign a waiver, and be a licensed/insured driver to operate.
