The large trees canopy the pool area to offer shade, while still being able to enjoy direct sunshine in other areas of the sundeck. You'll want to enjoy this private oasis day and night thanks to the outdoor lounge w/ fire pit + outdoor TV.
The well-appointed home includes an open main living area w/ renovated kitchen + new floors. Dining available for everyone among the dining table overlooking the pool deck and the nearby breakfast bar. Dine al fresco in the backyard! An outdoor table and grill are available.
Don't forget your furry family member either! Your dog wants to romp around 30A, too. This designer home and neighborhood is pet friendly. *Must have written approval from Exclusive 30A to bring your pet and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction.
