Seaside Serenity is unlike any beach home you could imagine. This 5,200 square foot home is unparalleled in design, amenities, and comfort. All suite bedrooms, gourmet full kitchen, large living spaces on both floors, panoramic Gulf views, private Gulf front pool and spa, and an expansive Gulf facing balcony to name but a few of the extras available in this stunning vacation home.

*Only available for Sunday to Sunday rentals during summer season. Nightly (with seasonal nightly minimums) and Weekly rates available all other times. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation. *

Beach bonfire setup, grocery delivery, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and other concierge services available through VacayZen. All you have to do is show up!

Perfect

The home is just incredible. The view the moment you walk in the door is breathtaking. Location was perfect for us. We flew into Panama City, rented a car, drove 45 minutes to the home. We never needed a golf cart because the core area of Seaside is a 15 minute nice stroll down the street or the beach. We had a little chillier weather so the heated pool was excellent. The beach area is not as crowded as other areas which was really nice. The management company was prompt and responsive. Highly recommend.

Amazing Rental!

This home is amazing. It's extremely comfortable and the owners have thought of and provided everything you could possibly want during your stay. The view is stunning and having private beach access out the back door is so nice. It's a short bike ride or walk to all of the foodtrucks in Seaside. Hope to stay here again.

Clark-Seaside

For the most part it was good. Great location, beautiful home. When we had an issue with wifi it was addressed quickly. My complaint is, when we booked the home one of the perks was the pool and hot tub. I have a bad back and use a hot tub every day to help with the stiffness. Upon arrival, the hot tub would not work. I text our property manager on Monday the 19th to let her know. She responded on Monday at 3:56 that the maintenance team would be there the next morning to "get the spa going". She actually came by on Tuesday and thought she had addressed the issue relating to the wifi issue. No success. She came back my the next day to drop off a new blender and grill starter and I told her it was still not working. She said the pool people would be there the next day to fix. She text me on Wednesday that the they would be there to fix. No one showed up. I then got a text that said, I am sorry that we don't offer heating in the summer. Really poor communication and service. When you pay that much money to stay at a home, you would expect everything to work. Unfortunately, that experience kind of ruined the otherwise great week for me. Ms. Hamilton talks about her commitment to excellence, attention to detail and dedication to living well as her hallmark for success. I did not come away with that feeling. This was the second time we have used E30a. Just not the service I expected!

Our Favorite 30A home!

This is our absolute favorite home on 3OA. We are repeat clients (4 stays) and love the home, location, management company and overall experience of Seaside Serenity. We own a luxury mountain resort rental and I know how important is us to us to have everything in working order for our guests along with a well supplied kitchen, super clean house, nice linens and furnishings, responsive management team and a great location. Seaside Serenity has all of this!
It is always booked so you have to book pretty far out in order to get a reservation but it is worth the wait!

Perfect 30A location

The house was fabulous in every way. Beautifully furnished. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and more. The view and pools were wonderful. Our daily beach walk a dream. The bicycles and golf cart were a great way to discover the area around us. The house manager Richard was very accommodating and friendly. We didn’t want to leave!! Beautiful Beach Side Home

Seaside Serenity was even more beautiful then the photos! It is very spacious home and was perfect for our annual beach week. The kitchen was full stocked with every thing you need. There were beach chairs and toys but be sure to bring your own beach towels. The home was very well maintained.

Return visit to Seaside Serenity

We stayed here 7 months ago as a large family group and just returned from a summer visit to this home. Plenty of space, great location, perfect beach area, lots of room to spread out and have 2-3 families stating together. We had a few minor problems. The hot tub does not seem to heat up unless someone overrides the control for the heater. Management was quick to respond and address the issue. The BBQ grill should probably be replaced due to corrosion and it had to be taken apart to light it every time...not very safe or convenient to do that each time we used it. Biggest issue was that the upstairs king bedroom bath shower would not get hot water after 4 minutes of use. Every single time it was used it would stop producing hot water at the 4-5 min mark. All the other showers or tubs had plenty of hot water. So the guests in that room just had to use other people's showers to avoid bathing cold every day. All houses will have issues and the ones they could fix and address quickly were taken care of. Great management company! We love this house and will return again!

Self Vacation

Had a wonderful time. The location on the beach was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had issues with our departure time due to airport delay. I wish our checkout time could have been extended (even an hour would have helped) but they were unable to work with us on that.

Excellent Experience

This was our first time to try Vrbo - and we were not disappointed! The pictures of the home are exactly what they offer. Very clean with excellent available amenities! The view is spectacular and the home was 5 star! One negative would be that movie options of an evening were very limited and new ones were not available to be accessed.

Great location, plenty of space and beautiful view!

We arrived with a few snafus but it was because the property mgr had not been notified we were arriving a day earlier than the original reservation we had booked months in advance. Kathy, the prop mgr, arrived and addressed all issues quickly and very professionally. She was great! The house is beautiful but for a house in this price range it should have been flawless. Art fell off the wall in the middle of the night in a bedroom, the 3 large artwork panels in the dining area are about to fall off the shiplap wall onto a large glass table, the kitchen utensils for cooking could use an update to a higher quality and add some more measuring cups. It was nice having two ice makers available and the barware and extra bar fridges are nice to have for a group of 9. The kitchen is stocked with optional appliances and plenty of dishes. I brought my own skillets and several items for cooking. The bedroom mattresses were comfy but we found a stained duvet upon crawling into bed the first night, another bedroom was missing the flat sheet and blanket on a bed. I contacted Kathy the next morning and she changed it out immediately. Towels are good quality but you must bring your own pool/beach towels. The outdoor BBQ grill has a gas leak that was very strong when sitting on the patio. Plenty of outdoor furniture and areas to lounge and enjoy the beautiful beach setting right in front of the house. Private boardwalk to beach is great! I did not use the bikes but the rest of the family did...they said the seats were loose, the tires very low, and they could use some general maintenance. Our trip was during Covid, so A LOT of time was spent at the home, therefore I think more things became obvious to us. Overall it was a great rental, just needs a little TLC. You can walk to Seaside, Surfing Deer, Cowgirl Kitchen and the Publix grocery is just up the road. Would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking View

We stayed first week in November in this amazing beach front property. The weather was perfect and the beach front view and private stairs to beach made the trip perfect. The home was the Most sophisticated and relaxing properties we have ever stayed in including five star resorts! The decorations, furniture and bedding in every room was of highest quality. We had a tiny issue with a mixer and it was replaced in with hours. Top notch service and property!

Best Beachfront on 30A

Great property! The house is spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal with a great view of the beach from both floors and pool deck. Your only half a mile down from Seaside and 6 bikes were available to cruise the bike path. All furnishings were first class and Exclusive 30A Rentals was very responsive. We will return again!

Seaside Serenity- 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Seaside Serenity was an absolutely perfect location for celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. The beautiful decor, spacious rooms, and incredible gulf views were spectacular. We created memories to last a lifetime. The grands especially enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, as well as the private pool. Adults enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony or patio/lanai as they watched dolphins play. This home was the perfect setting for the night a personal chef prepared our anniversary dinner. Seaside Serenity was a little bit of heaven on earth.

Amazing House

What a great Spring Break we had. A beautiful house in a great location; close to Seaside but far enough away that you are not in the crowds. House was even prettier than the pictures and had great amenities. Exclusive 30A Rentals was easy to work with and vey responsive to issues once we checked in. Our only problem was the pool heater was not working accurately. My only suggestion is to have bikes serviced regularly. We had issues with low tires, bent rims and seats that could not be adjusted. Highly recommend this house if you want to be completely spoiled!

Dream location

My husband and I stayed at Seaside Serenity for our wedding week. The home was incredible! It is located next to my sister-in-law’s home which made it extremely convenient while preparing for our big day. The views of the sunset could not get any better! The home was sparkling clean and had all the upgrades and amenities available. It was so great we decided to extend our stay a few nights after our wedding to relax and enjoy the area.
